Da pergi kat center tya, tp diaorg suruh browse website, tp mcm tak jumpa je.

1. Go to http://us.blackberry.com/apps-software/desktop/
2. Download the latest Blackberry Desktop Manager for your PC (or else install it from the CD that comes with the box, tp I recommend you install the latest one lah)
3. Install the Blackberry Desktop Manager
4. Connect your Blackberry to your PC (samada guna Bluetooth atau USB cable but I recommend USB Cable)
5. Back up your smartphone
6. Go to menu > update
7. Follow instructions on screen
Kalau nak upgrade to a different OS (e.g OS 4.6 - OS5 ) kena guna step lain sikit lah. Tapi kalau just for updates, BDM does it quicker and easier. |

amik package yang basic dululah, then can increase if you needed more data. tp kalau tak stream youtube apa semua it's most unlikely you'll exceed 250MB for the BIS entry package for RM 40/month. Kalau guna lebih Maxis akan charge extra lah.
untuk activate i think you have to walk in to any maxis centre or calling the call centre. sy guna prepaid so tak sure sgt how it works.
lepas activate tu boleh download Blackberry Messenger and Facebook for Blackberry from Blackberry AppWorld and you're good to go |

just nk tanye, kalo aku off data services, BBM aku still jln ke?..
sbb aku nk subscribe BBM service only, 50 sen jek sehari..huhuhu..
ke kene on jgk data service?..kalu aku on mesti die tolak kredit aku..1st day dh kene..huhuhu..
1 lg, camne nk restart BB storm yek?..kene cbt bateri ke?..kalau aku turn off je n on balik kire restart ke?..

so topup pon sikit2 je lah
nk tanya, utk intenet tu elok amik BIS yg rm2.50 tu or weekly bonus plan yg rm7 seminggu? beza dia ape erk? azz x keje lg, so x tuka lg line, nk byr takut xde duit, ehehheheh... so kena pki prepaid dulu... tp klu azz topup rm10 cepat je abih, patut 24 jam die akan charge dr jam kite subcribe kan, tp azz tgk ikut suke je depa nk deduct... ke azz salah?

off data services = xboleh connect ke internet.
cadangan aku ko wipe balik bb ko, atau uninstall semua apps yang ko x guna. sbb ko guna bbm je kan?
untuk reset/restart phone ada dua cara
1. cabut bateri dan pasang balik (battery pull)
2. Guna apps yang stimulate battery pull - i,e QuickPull etc. Kalau guna apps tak perlu cabut bateri. Tp aku tak suka QuickPull sbb lembab sikit kadang kadang |

yang plan RM 7 seminggu tu promo. guna lah selama mana dia masih ada.
untuk prepaid mmg tricky sikit, sebab sesetengah apps yang ko guna akan buat connection menerusi WAP, bukan BIS. sebab tu terjadi kes kena potong kredit and what not. Solution aku dalam kes nie senang je, mula2 uninstall semua apps yang dalam phone tu yang bukan dibuat oleh RIM. Contoh common apps yang selalu makan kredit orang is Foursquare, Ubertwitter, Socialscope, Whatsapp. Tapi kes ni differ dengan setiap orang sebab some people claim yang these apps tak makan kredit. So to be safe, ko guna FB for BB, Twitter for BB. Make sure surf web guna BB Browser sahaja, bukan WAP browser. I hope this helps |

This is what I did lepas kes potong kredit secara besar besaran dari pihak Digi dulu (Aug-Sept 2010)
1. Disable WAP association to apps
2. Uninstalled foursquare. Aku guna http://m.foursquare.com sekarang
3. Uninstalled ubertwitter. Boleh je kalau uber ditukar setting guna BIS only tapi aku boring dengan uber. Heh.
4. Uninstalled SMS Crunch
5. Uninstalled ScoreMobile
6. Stick to FB for BB, Twitter for BB, Email and BB browser sahaja
Well, the purpose aku guna BB pun sbb push email kot, so I don't need to use fancy fancy punya apps. I guess I am a simpleton at heart. Tapi kalau korang nak fully utilise korang nye BB, amik la postpaid plan. These steps are for prepaid users yang on budget tapi still nak guna BB function wisely |

oh okay, means yg BB bg tu je la kite pakai erk? azz mmg selalu pakai email pon, hari tu azz ade install google, so klu azz br instal tu mmg deduct kredit la yer? okay2.. thnx... erm, sbnrnye byk benda dlm tu x reti pakai, hehehe... tau sms n kol je... heeee~
azz nk masukkan powerpoint kt BB, tp xbole la pulak, too large katnye file tu walaupun azz dah cut ke 2MB, igt nk letak notes dlm tu, huhuhuh |

not necessarily. like i said, prepaid kena hati2. kalau tak kisah kredit kena potong, apa2 apps pun boleh guna kot. hehe. tp kalau nak jaga kredit, folo the steps yg i ckp tu..
untuk powerpoint, download docs to go. trial free, lepas sebulan, bayar la. Mcm aku mmg bayar sebab banyak kena edit docs untuk kerja |

, taktahu le kalo dah ada otai2 yang explain kat pages belakang2, maleh den nak belek.. Masalahnya bermula bila Bonas nak browse internet, hp jadi hang.. sama jugak kalo tengah bukak FB, bila kita nak pi ke menu Go To Mobile Site, still hp hang..
