Tea,
perlu ke I apply sunblock even I just stay inside office tak pergi mana2.
tea pun keje ofis aje.... u still need spf30.... sbb uv ni not only by sun... our lighting or lamp pun ada uv radiation...

Thanks Tea...before this I used SPF 50 but now reduce 30.
Sebab I baca thread sebelah lagi tinggi SPF tu lagi banyak chemical. |

sis, ok tak eye wrinkle specialist ni? apa beza eye gel dgn eye wrinkle specialist ni? me baru start nk cari eye gel ni... so masih x sure nk guna product apa. me skrang mmg pakai sk2 whitening range

betul... spf50 biasanya banyak jenis chemical yg provide protection ni... the best so far is avobenzone.... utk spf 30 plak nama ethylhexyl***** tea lupa nama penuh... spf15 plak talc biasa dah provide even xtulis spf.. janji tulis titanium oxide or zinc oxide mmg bermaksud spf 15... spf 50 ni kena careful la what type chemical dia pakai... avobenzone ni oke, cuma dia kena ada stabilizer... and sometimes may get oily... boleh jadi breakout la..

i pun ada same question sama macam forumer @kimoree kalau i hanya duduk rumah saja, perlu ke pakai ...
ai dok umah, kuar masuk antar-amik anak ke sekolah kejap2 pun...hari2 ai pakai spf50 sunblock, lagipun dah terbiasa sejak zaman keje lagi, ni mende wajib ai pakai.....

nampaknya mmg hari2 even weekends duduk umah je pun, wajib pakai
sunblock kalau begini.

hari2 ai cuci pakai wet wipes, kemudian pakai bodyshop vitamin c facial cleansing polish(love this cleanser! )....tapi kalau ai pakai 2way cake powder ai akan cuci muka pakai cleansing cream dulu.... |

@MrsJohn mcm mana rutin u hari hari, mcm i b4 g keja, i pakai pelembab dan lastly pakai spf50 . tak pakai bedak dah apa pun. spf50 yg last skali taruk dekat muka. klu hari cuti i cuma pakai pelembab saja last. tak pakai sunblock sbb duduk rumah je. tp skrang baru tahu even duduk rumah pun tak keluar mana2 pun, wajib pakai sunblock. |

sama ngn i pun rutin you.. pas moisturizer, taruk spf50 last skali.. takde nak pakai bedak or foundation ke ape2 pun.... sbb rasa cam rimas aje muka... tp kalo on weekends, i mmg apply moisturizer yg ada spf24 tu aje... kalo ari keje, i topup lg sunblock spf50... |

daily mcm u gaks le...clean+toner+moisturiser..last sekali sunblock...bedak ni, depends le, kalau nak kuar dgn my hubby ai pakai le 2way cake...kalo tak..pakai pedak johnson baby tu biasa gaks..kekekekkekekeke....(sbb area idung suka berminyak)....
kat umah ai biasanya tak pakai sunblock (ni plan tak keluar mana2 le), kalau nak keluar ai terus sapu sunblock, sbbnye my skin senang sgt burn...dah le dark skin tone, cepat hangit plak   ....so, sunblock ni pagi sekali pakai, lepas solat zohor/asar nak keluar ai pakai semula....
i found this interesting article about spf ni, so lepas ni ai carik spf30 je la.....
