kucing i 2 ekor dah bwak kasi.. dedua jantan..
the result?.....
sekor jadi makan byk gile.. sekor lagi jadi hyperaktif
dua orang akak yg bawak i pegi vet hari tu.. how r ya cats doing? |

meowzers.. nnt end of mth.. nak join x akak nak p spay kucing betina akak...
kalau nak bgtau awal2 eh... ati, tanye su tu nak neuter kunut tak? |

My general statement
In my opinion,you cannot force the owner of the cat to neuter their cats.
It must be their rights to do that and if they're not willing because of the financial barriers,we have no right to ask or force them to do so.
Plus,if they are affirm that they can care for the cats (and the litters) we may have the right to just let them decide when they'll be ready to neuter their cats. |

but what if the case is like mine?
the mixed persian cat's previous owner clearly has the money to get this breed (like the one i found) and not neuter it but instead dumped it in front of other people's house (my house) when it got pregnant?
what rights do i have? |

that's an example of a irresponsible owner.
then u have the right to neuter her as you have found her (coz as u said,she was dumped by her owner) therefore,she is yours now,right?you have the right to neuter her or not to.terpulang kepada kemampuan dan hak willingness masing-masing |
