salam sume, red ada soklan utk kakak2 overseas.

red tgk ada satu cookie recipe ni kan, dia kata kena pakai Baking Soda + Plain Flour.
soklan:
1. apa beza kalo pakai Plain Flour + Baking Soda or Plain Flour + Baking Powder.
2. boleh ker subsitute jer Plain Flour + Baking Soda tu dgn Self-Rising Flour? (ini keje nak shortcut jer.. )

okeh...tu soklan buat masa nih. mekaceh sume...

dulu2 ada skali tu masa tgh kecoh pasal hantu minyak dtg menyerang....
habis semua jiran dok pakat amik remunggei ni gantung kat pintu rumah....konon2nye hantu minyak ni takut dgn remunggei ni......

I lom ada chance nak masak nasi lemak lagi. Rasanya next tuesday boleh kot sebab anak2 dah start sekolah and my hb overnight kat city. So boleh enjoy masak sorang2 kat dapur..

Kalau tak silap I memang boleh aje sebab self raising tu dah dicampur dengan serbuk penaik. Tak payah lagi nak taruk baking soda or baking powder,

cita2 saya nak buka restoran hehehe....

urap tu tak tau la makanan negeri mana tapi i blaja dr MIL org johor. rencah based dia kelapa parut, udang kering, bawang merah/ besar, cili api/cili merah, bawang putih and serai. semua bahan dimayang, pastu tumbuk dgn kelapa & udang kering.

sayur tu can be any ulam. original recipe pakai sayur beremi. tapi kat kl slalu takder, i use daun selom/ ulam raja. kat sini saya pakai parsley yg org arab dok buat tabouleh tu.

caranya,
panaskan sikit minyak dlm kuali, pas tu tumis bahan tumbuk tadi sampai kelapa tu masak. pas tu buh garam secukup rasa, last sekali baru bubuh sayur.

heehehe..gamaknye le tu kot plat....  
tapi kalu gi umah org india semendang ada remunggei ni tergantung kat pintu dorang....
yg tu x tau untuk takutkan antu apa plak....
remunggei ni pun feveret kaum india ni...masak kari mesti ada remunggei ni.....

thanks bagi resepi tu...boleh cuba ni...kalau ni masakan org johor atau erti kata lain masakan jawa,sure hubby coko suka ni......
tgk bahan2 untuk urap ni teringat cucur badak....inti dia kat dlm sebijik mcm pakai bahan2 untuk urap tu...kecuali ulam2 tu semua.....

BTW, hari ni I berjaya goreng ikan masin. Esok baru buat sambal tumis, masak nasi lemak dan bumbu2nya... horeyyyy...
