I think a strong driver line-up will be very important this year as there are a lot of very competitive teams and drivers - and the stronger we can be, the better chance we'll have of winning races. JEREZ, Sepanyol - Lewis Hamilton mencatat masa terpantas pada hari terakhir sesi ujian rasmi kedua perlumbaan kereta Formula Satu (F1) di Litar Jerez kelmarin.

Pemandu McLaren ini mencatat masa terpantas 1 minit 19.583 saat untuk mengatasi catatan pemandu Force India, Adrian Sutil dan Rubens Barrichello daripada pasukan Williams.

Robert Kubica (Renault) di tempat keempat manakala pemandu Mercedes GP, Michael Schumacher yang dikibarkan bendera merah selepas memandu tanpa minyak yang mencukupi menamatkan sesi di tempat kelima.

Pemandu Red Bull, Sebastian Vettel menduduki tempat keenam di hadapan pemandu Ferrari, Felipe Massa.

Pemandu Sauber, Pedro de la Rosa, Lucas di Grassi (Virgin Racing) dan Jaime Alguersuari (Toro Rosso) masing-masing di tempat kelapan, kesembilan dan ke-10.

Semua pasukan akan kembali menguji jentera masing-masing pada sesi ujian rasmi ketiga di litar yang sama Rabu ini.

Manakala sesi ujian rasmi terakhir sebelum perlumbaan pembukaan musim pada Grand Prix Bahrain (14 Mac) akan dilakukan di Litar Catalunya pada 25 hingga 28 Februari ini. - AP
