MAC OSX- Kenapa Apple tak komersialkan OS ni????

setau aku, antivirus tu still ikut database biasa (same as windows virus database). tapi antivirus tu cuma utk cuci sebelum file tu disebarkan melalui email atau filesharing/data transfer ke pc lain. takut pc lain yg kena virus tu

Sebelum meleret ke topic lain, aku nak cakap bahawa Mac aku kat company lama dulu pernah kena virus... tak ingat dah nama virus tu... dapat virus dari color seperator thru optical drive... berpeluh nak cuci... last2 reinstall OS7 tu.

Memang tidak dinafikan Mac OSX juga juga terdedah kepada Virus tetapi cansanya 1% aje lah kut.

OSX (10.4.10), dah fixed utk prevent virus attack..

tapi tak efek system MAC

lain ler kalau design virus betul utk MAC

boler buat buatan manusia mesti ade kelemahan punyer

jika ada virus dr windows yg berlegar dlm Mac,
antivirus yg kita install akan bg tau..So, thrash kan aje.
Therefore, virus tu tak akan tersebar ke PC lain..

actually even linux pon boleh kena virus

tapi sebab dia ni open so developer linux senang carik cure dia dan prevent attack virus dia

pastu diaorang release le security patch dia immediately

tapi kebanyakkan virus spyware worm ker aper2 pon paling banyak punca dari M$ windows esp yg pirate tu korang tak perasan ker

virus windows format dia .EXE, so kalau masuk MAC, dia kata "hapa kebenda nih?" so dia declare as text.System tak akan run virus tu, tapi kalau virus tu format .DMG, aku tatau plak,

Steve jobs x ada account YM! lar, dia pakai iChat! :p

MAC OSX tak compatible dgn PC. kalo nk install pun byk tips & trick kene buat.
dah install pun, performnance tak sama (below par).

kalo nk guna MAC OS, kene la beli apple PC. sedangkan market price masih agak tinggi berbanding pc biasa dan upgrade option terhad.

lagi satu sebab, byk game takleh install kat MAC OS.
kalo MAC buleh perform dgn game saja pun dah cukup.

Guna VMware atau Pararels la... so far member aku main CS orait jer...aku pasal x minat game2 nih... lebih kepada application mcm Garage Band & iMovie... editing stuff...

kalo ko minat game dah tentu ko ada 1 pc windows gak kan?

hehehe...dulu aku hantu games kejap... zaman2 hostel dulu-dulu... sekarang lebih kepada apa yang aku cakap tu lah.. editing.. baru nak belajar...kekekke

Kalau aku pakai windoes pun, aku tempek gak flyakite 3.5, layan siot...member aku selau tensyen psal diorang igt aku run Mac dalam laptop IBM 10GB aku tu... kekekeke :p

tekan apa ( alt F6 ker or apa jer asal adap[at boot cd dari dlam cdrom ibook G4 ni...

market Mac kat Malaysia je yg limited. Overall, globally, they're a strong contender to Windows. Lagi2 plak dgn Leopard VS Vista's comparison.

Rasanye sbb limited kat M'sia sbb harga mahal sgt kot. with my macbook for example, you can get a more decent and advanced laptop for only half the price of the mac laptop. that's just it.

p/s: although tak berkaitan, Steve Jobs just announced the next OS for Macs dubbed Snow Leopard. Can't wait for it, if it'll boost the speed of Leopard.

and contrary to many MacWorld reviews, i don't think Vista is horrible. I use it sometimes as it's a pretty slick OS, but I prefer Xp SP2 as it's faster.

agreed.

for daily use, aku prefer XP coz of so many programs are available on windows platform, and XP = becoz of ease of use (compared to vista and other OS). Linux are my 2nd choice.
