Kat 1 Utama and The Curve ada outlet GNC. Yg kat 1 Utama sales guys kat situ very helpful. My husband usually gets his protein stuff from there.
Btw, my hubby does weight training. Protein drinks ni very important if you do weight training sebab muscles akan terkoyak. What these drinks do is to repair your torn muscles.
I pun minum jugak protein drink sebab my chest muscles cepat terkoyak - costo chronditis. Hubby told me to try it & Alhamdullillah sekarang dah alright.
Btw, coming to sayur & buah. Trylah makan sikit-skit. Sayur - take brocolli & bayam dulu. Ni ada mcm-mcm zat from minerals (magnesium) to vitamins (A & apa lagi ntah). Buah-buah try with apple hijau - good for lowering your cholestrol. Since you are meat-eater I'm sure you cholestrol jahat is high. |

yg kau taknak makan buah tu apsal...sekarang ni musim buah durian,manggis,rambutan,langsat,...takkan tader satu pun yg berkenan di hati.. |

Its not too late. Cubalah try makan buah + sayur.
Jgn tunggu mak suap. Ni mesti kes masa kecik-kecik ketegak tak nak makan sayur & buah. Last-last your mum give up. Tu yg jadi macam ni. Jangan salahkan orang lain kalau tak makan sayur & buah. |

ikut nasihat mak sedara tu...takde cara mudah ko nak kasi naik muscle melainkan diet seimbang..supplement tu tak cukup ler melainkan ko telan steroid ler mcm badan hulk hogan.. |

Aku pun x makan sayur gak, sayur penting untuk badan kita. Aku xleh masuk sayur warna hijau kecuali brokoli je, tapi setengah orang kata brokoli tu spesies kacang, sebab tu orang gout xleh makan brokoli ni. Sayur warna lain aku leh makan, mcm kobis bunga, cendawan, karot. Aku dah jumpa penyelesaian dia, sekarang aku amik spirulina ELKEN. Spirulina memang terkenal dgn nutrien2 dia. Spirulina dlm bentuk tablet, telan je. |
