salam...

ada jugak tapi jenama vantage... Beli kat Langkawi RM80 lebih slalu masak grill ayam, daging, bakar ikan masa dalam pantang, buat bingka n mcm2 la...
kalo grill apa2 mmg cepat masak la.. senang cepat n sedap..

resepi yang saya pernah cuba.. saya byk google pastue try n error.. add on ikut citarasa kita sendiri..

Resepi Ikan Siakap Stim

Bahan-bahan:
-seekor ikan siakap - boleh guna ikan lain ikut selera masing-masing
-2 batang serai - dihiris
-2 inci halia - dihiris memanjang
-3 sudu besar jus limau
-1 sudu besar garam
-1 labu bawang besar dipotong bulat – bawang holland
-3 sudu besar sos tiram
- sebatang karot – potong memanjang
-daun sup atau daun ketumbar -  racik kasar
- 5 tangkai cili padi – ketuk

Bahan-bahan tumbuk:
-5 ulas bawang putih
-2 biji bawang kecil

Cara-cara:
-lumurkan sebati pada ikan semua bahan-bahan hiris kecuali bawang besar, bahan-bahan  tumbuk, jus limau, sos tiram dan garam lalu perapkan ikan sebentar
-letakkan sedikit air kedalam pemanggang, tunggu sehingga airnya mendidih kemudian masukkan ikan tadi dan tutupkan pemanggang dalam 7 minit
-terbalikkan ikan tadi, tambah lagi sedikit  air dan masukkan cili padi ketuk, bawang potong dan karot dan tutup semula pemanggang selama 10-15 minit (boleh tambah apa saja yang di ingini seperti sayur kobis, cendawan dan lain-lain)
-saya tambah lagi air sebab suka hirup kuahnya, rasa kuahnya dan jika perlu boleh tambahkan  lagi garam atau jus limau ikut citarasa masing-masing, setelah ikan masak taburkan daun sup atau daun ketumbar.

3 CAWAN SANTAN
3 B IJI TELUR
2 TSB MAJERIN
1 CAWAN GULA(MASUK 1 CAWAN N RASA OK TAK KEMANISANNYA..adjust ikut selera)
SEDIKIT ESEN PANDAN DAN PEWARNA HIJAU

SEMUA BAHAN DICAMPUR DAN DIKACAU. MASUKKAN DALAM BLENDER. BLEND SEBATI. MASUKKAN KE DLM PEMANGGANG AJAIB YG DAH DIPANASKAN SEKEJAP.

GUNA API KECIK..BAKAR SAMPAI MASAK.
MASA ANGGARAN 1/2 JAM KE 1JAM,...DLM 15 MINIT PERTAMA BOLEH CHECK..

kuih ni takleh terus potong...biarkan betul2 sejuk atau kalau buat malam esok baru potong..baru cantik potongannya..

aku suka panggang kentang..potong dadu, letak garam, lada hitam n rosemary n panggang..kejap je dah masak. makan ngan mayonis..terus jadi dinner..

Senangnya. Ni macam nak try buat je ni. Kalau ada macam kepingan ayam tu panggan sikit juga sekejap pastu potong2 halus dan masukkan sekali. Wah. Mesti sedap

mmg pun..kelebihan pemanggang ni bagi aku ko boleh letak few things at one time..nak lagi best letak brokoli ke, panggang kejap dah steamed..

..akak wat rendang daging pun dlm pemanggang ajaib nih....cepat empuknya....selain dr segala jenis aym atau ikan steam atau panggang...kue bakar daging ok, bingka pun ok...kek marble che mat gebu pun akk try dah...ok jer jadiknya...

masak ape pun bleh..
kalo buat mee sizzling..gne sbelah bahagian tuk masak satu2 (tuk sorang makan)..letak mee.kuah n ayam.sayur n telur..
nak tuang kat pinggan pun senang je..kire bleh letak tak bagi bercampur semua benda

first time aku buat kek terhangus bawah dia..tapi yg lain2 tu jadi je..so ko guna api kecik and selalu ubah2 posisi biar sama rata tpt dipanaskan..and then jgn lupa guna kertas alas kek tu..kejap je dah masak..

Happy Call Pan Version} Apple Upside-down Cake

(Make: 30 x 25cm | Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking: 20 - 25 minutes)

Ingredients:
180g Plain Flour
3 Teaspoons Baking Powder
4 Large Egg(60g each)
90g Caster Sugar
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Grated Rind of 1 Lemon
60ml Unsalted Butter, Melt
60ml Grape Seeds Oil

Caramel Apple:
50g Unsalted Butter
100g Brown Sugar
50ml Water Water
2 Green Apple, skin remove and cored
1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 Teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
50g Walnut
60g - 80g Golden Raisin

Method:-
1. To prepare the Caramel Apple; sliced the apple into about 0.5cm thick, lightly marinate it with lemon juice and cinnamon powder. Set aside.

2. Simmer unsalted butter and brown sugar over low heat in HCP until sugar dissolve and mixture begins to bubble. Sir in marinated apple slices, water and continue to simmer over low heat for another 3 - 5 minutes till apple slightly soften. (Pan close but don't lock it)

3. When done, turn off the heat and arrange the apple, walnut and half of the golden raisin as close as possible without too much gaps in between. Set aside and prepare the cake batter.

4. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar and vanilla extract with a hand mixer till well-mixed(about 1 minute) and mixture slightly turn pale in colour (you can refer to the step-by-step photo above).

5. Next whisk in the melt butter, grape seeds oil and follow by the sifted flour mixtures(plain flour + baking powder) and continue to stir until the flour is in-cooperate into the batter (the batter will be slightly like thick cream texture) before stirring in the remaining golden raisin(lightly coat raisin with flour so that it wont sink during baking)

5. Pour the mixture over the prepared caramel apple, smooth the top and bake(lock the pan) over very low heat for about 23 - 25 minutes(usually you will see steaming coming out when cake is ready) or until a skewer inserted and come out clean.

6. Carefully flip the pan over and bake the top of the cake for another 5 minutes to brown the top before removing it from stove.

Tips:-
~ You can also bake this Apple Upside-down Cake in the oven at 180 degree for about 40 - 50 minutes using an 8" round tin. Last edited by dagu_pelesu on 4-7-2014 11:34 AM

kakak kwn aku pun bakar kek dlm ni, tapi dia guna loyang la.. boh dlm pemangggang ajaib ni.. dlm 30m siap katanya
