dah order kuih seri muka, popia dan a few other kuih yg i pon takkenal utk berbuka ptg ni

laaa org dah tulis coffee can dehydrate.. tara bacha punya worang
ye skinny milk tak best.. full cream milk jugak
semoga catpaw mencapai cita2 utk kurus cengkung di bulan ramadhan ini

sy rindukan latte..... tukar minum oligo tapi manisss
selain kurma xde lain ke...sbb sy xsuka sgt kurmaa..

other than pagi, i am a tea drinker otherwise
rasanya minum kopi pagi tu sbb tabiat je
bila bulan puasa, memang tak minum coffee or tea sepanjang ramadhan

suka minum susu letak madu, sedap
minum sebelum tido.
tapi tahun ni tak buat, madu takde ...
Sy bln puasa mmg sgt merisaukn. Dehydrated sbb x reti nk atur ms bile nk minum air. N i xblh push mkn byk. Tahun ni worst sbb sampai warded sbb dehydrated.
Serik betul rase. Setiap kali ramadhan dtg, sy mesti berdebar-debar sbb x kuat. Tp sy x de gastrik pun. Blh je puasa. Cumenye sy x lalu makan. |

ada org bukak menu buat satay.. haha nak mkn satay lah petang ni.. also ada buat kuih bako..sedap. ...

Hidup tanpa coffee terasa macam life ni x complete...aroma kopi tu...sangat best. Buat you bersemangat pagi pagi. Style org johor suka buat kopi pastu letak dalam termos. So bfr gi keje ke atau org dtg akan jamah kopi...dilaaa jamah kopi tuuu...kaedah style org johor.
So now dah xminum, aim nak 60kg. Cengkung ala model aneroxia tu. hahahaha...so far minum air kosong je...
eh doc, minum lemon yg perah tu dua biji hari hari ok ke? perut x radang ke? dah la makan pun cut qty lagi @ipes2 |

I dah hilang 5kg dah .Archie also rasanya, cuma sikit je. Tapi bulu dah nipis sebab summer is coming soon (21 June 2018 to 23rd September, 105 hari)

harap adila dapat 60kg tu..
sy dah turun jadi 66.6kg pagi ini (was 71.0kg before ramadhan).
tak sure lah dgn khasiat perah lemon tu.. ade ke tak khasiatnya ataupun hanya fad je, i tak sure.
maybe fad je; dgn apa cara pun lemon tu masuk dm badan kita tak kisah; bertambah lah vit c. vit c ni, jika lebih dalam badan, akan dibuang dalam urine

sampai warded kaka, take care. kalau macam tu kena buat jadual minum air tu. setiap setengah jam minum air masak segelas selepas berbuka. g terawih pun bawa bekal air minum.
Syukur tak gastrik, tak lalu makan kena pilih makanan yang mengenyangkan dan beri tenaga banyak. Kaka buat air susu campur kurma ngan badam, kismis. takpun susu kambing ngan madu je. Sedap la saya suka, cuba la dulu |

dia ngade je tuh hihi..sian masuk ward kakak tu
ye, if on normal days, when we can get access to drinking water, we are encouraged to drink 2-3L per day, maka in bulan puasa ni we will have to time pengambilan air tu so that we get 2-3L per day tu, especailly in a hot sweaty country like in Malaysia.
biarlah kencing byk pon, we just need it; during day time try to stay in shades, to prevent excess activities yg boleh buat berpeluh etc

i still suka a hint of sweetness, so i masukkan dalam jug 1-2 sudu of cordial ke vimto ke..just t gte a faint taste of something

jgn biarkan dehydrated tau tak elok untuk kidney
renal functions tu very sensitive to dehydration
