Aku dah belek-belek... jumpa ni.Aku bukan nak up-kan thread 2010.
Tapi aku nak tempek jugak, sebab aku dah complaint kat website Mek Wat Donno Mesia,
derang wat donno jah kat aku.
Dulu au penah complain Bank Rakyat Damansara Utama,
Manager Bank siap reply complain aku dgn kata2 sejuk hati.
Mek Wat Donno? Tidak sesekali!
Aku pada masa & ari kejadian pesan neyh...
Punya lah eksaited, first time nak hadap mender tu dlm idup.
Pastu ni komplain yg aku panjatkan & post kat borang aduan mek donno...
Isi-isi, butiran & rekod Complain aku:
The morning breakfast Staff is RUDE, NOT SERIOUS, NOT PAYING RESPECT to customers, not alert and helpful.
Overall- poor attitude.
I was there on Deepavali's morning 10.30am queing at wrong counter (only 1 counter open) but the counter operator did not tell me or inform me to queue at correct line. By 11.05am my turn to place W3 breakfast set. She told me the time for breakfast set was due.
What the hell I was there queuing sice 10.30am? I queue from the very beginning aiming and craving just for set W3. It was not my fault i reached order on 11.05am. It was her never-focus attitude to speed up the process & she should inform me earlier to queue on the correct lane. She never apologise.
The refill coffee pot & teapot they brought inside after 11am. I asked them to re-fill for me since I deserve to have the refill. They said, I should finish the cup 1st. I agreed. 15 minutes after the cup empty, I went to counter. Asked for re-fill. The girl who instructed me to drink 1st pay no attention.
The female manager also did not entertain me. Until I called her own real name aloud. She turned. But still ignore me. THAT WAS THE WORST MC D OUTLET I EVER GO. I love being at Mc D Mutiara Damansara & Sri Damansara, no stupiud, arrogant staffs like The Mall Outlets... VERY SLOW & HEARTLESS! They never apologise although my mouths always, endlessly say thank you to them. |
