If i encounter bag ada darah I"ll snap a photo for you. The last one happened last 2 weeks but my period is only this week. 2 weeks ahead prior my period kan? Knp ada lak bleeding time tu?
If you must know amount of blood yg keluar tu, satu bag air dialysis tu jd mcm air sirap tu haa...the next exchange dh kurang skit merah untillah 3 exchange br clear mcm normal. |

My mom aritu pose lpstu masa g jogging dia rasa sakit kat pinggang blkang tu. Sampai nak merangkak g kat kete. Lpstu nak muntah.. G jumpa doc dia ckp gastrik.
Lepastu aritu jd lg.. Sama lah. Sampai demam 3 hari.. Menggigil sampai dia kata kat pinggang bdenyut2 sangat. G klinik dia ckp sbb kurang air jdkan buah pinggang sakit. Ye ker? |

Endometriosis ni bila tisu uterus yg berdarah masa periods tu (tisu ni kita panggil Endometrium), tersebar di tempat lain, termasuklah kat ovaries dan peritoneum. Tisu ni, walaupun jauh dari uterus, tapi masih ada karacter uterus tu, jadi depa pon respon to hormones jugak sebagaimana uterus tadi.. jadi, bila time periods datang dan uterus mula berdarah, tisu tisu tadi mula berdarah serentak.. jika ada kat peritoneum, maka boleh la peitoneal fluids tu ada darah haid sama.
commonest i rasa trauma eg traction of catheter etc, tapi, kalau jadi time u periods, maka maybe la endometriosis penyebabnya

mcm air syrup? light syrup or dark syup.. big difference

Oloh, merepek nye doctor tu.. gastritis mana ada saki pinggang.
doctors kat mesia panggil semua diagnoses as gastrik.. teruk betul.. tak membantu pesakit dan most likely salah diagnosis.
kalau ada sakit, muntah muntah (constitutional upset), menggigil (rigors; masa ni temp tinggi tau, walaupun pt mengguigil), maka ianya most likely kidney infection lah. Jika ada kidney infection (pyelonephritis), memang kena mkn antibiotics dan kena minum air sebyk mungkin; no antibiotics, maka ada scar nnt dalam kidney tu. Also, jika dehydrated lama lama, boleh dapat kidney stones tau (nephrolithiasis).
Make sure M soh mak M amik antibiotics dan minum air sebyk mungkin to flush out the bacterias in the urine (kat sini kita sangkut je IV fluids 2-3 bag sehari sambil soh pt minum bebanyak dan bagi IV antibiotics sama).

Quiet dark merahnya. Makin surut After 2nd ke 3rd dialysis. Tapi tak deklah stomach ache ke bagai. Its just that PMS tu painful jugaklah dgn mood swing.
Fyi, ms delivery my 1st pregnancy ada buang fibroid. Doc was not aware psl fibroid ni sampailah dia open up perut utk czer. Is it possible ke fibroid ni dtg balik causing bleeding on off. |

Another thing I would like to know, sy paham sy tidak layak utk mengerjakan haji atas sbb my sickness which is tabung haji consider high risk patient.
Macam mana pulak dgn umrah? Apa procedure dr hospital yg perlu dibuat kalau sy mahu mengerjakan umrah. Perlu dptkan document ker what so ever. |

Hmmm if fibroids it can cause pain low fertility menstrual irregularity..
Tapi if darah aound periods all the time, maybe a patch of endomet je kot
As i said before, maybe just local trauma eg traction etc.. tapi jika just trauma, patutnya tak la seiring dgn periods
Hmm wallahualam.. tapi if u risau, sound je kat doctor u that u gets regular bleeding in the dialysate.

Yang pasal surat menyurat tu saya tak tahu what is the situation in Malaysia. I know that over here, when patients ada CAPD, and depa nak pegi hols, ada la docs buat arrangement dgn syarikat pembekal dialysis fluid/dialysate. In mesia i dont know.
What is important for you to understand is that Umrah / haji hanyalah utk mereka yg berkemampuan sahaja: financial, social, health, fizikal, selamat perjalanan etc. If tua sgt walaupun tak sakit, pun excluded; if cukup semua tapi tak dapat cari org jaga kids, pon excluded. If everything in order tapi ada wabak di tempat perjalan, pon excluded. If u tak mampu from helath perspective, dan i rasa risk u tinggi dgn dehydration and the exrtion, i yakin Allah terima you sebagai one of hambaNya yg Dia excluded from Hajj. Allah mampu terima segala amal ibadah dalam segala bentuk, jikapun terniat shaja.

Yes I think Allah dah atur my life sebaik2nya.
Alhamdulillah. Tq doc.
I have a hypertension. My reading slalu aje above 200. But i dont suffer headache ker what so ever. Doc prescibes me dgn:
1. 300 mg Irbesartan
2. 10 mg felodipine
3. 5 mg bisopropol fumarate
4. 1 mg prazosin
My question is knp ubat2 ni only takes effect after 4 hours.i took my medicines 2x a day. But I rs mcm x reducing pon my reading. Adakah it will take a longer period of time baru my reading drop?
With my condition, ada chance tak my bp akan back to normal? |

This happened to me yesterday, well...after intercourse I suffer short breath. Mcm nak kena asthma attack, ade whizzing pastu cough out phlegm. Bila i spit out phlegm tu ada darah.
I tak ada asthma. Tapi dh rasa mcm org kena asthma. Susah nak breathing. I keep on coughing about 2-3 hours n spit out phlegm ada darah tu. thin aje darahnya tp weird sbb its never happened to me before. The last time I dpt cough doc said air dah masuk my lungs and terpaksa change air dialysis ke 2.5% instead of 1.5% so that boleh tarik more water from my body. So, if Its happened mcm ni batuk secara mengejut, knp yer? After few hours batuk hilang, I can breath mcm normal.
I thot sbb I makan byk lemang..hahaha...I mkn 2 ketul aje. Is that too much?? By the way, Selamat Hari Raya doc. Maaf Zahir n Batin. |

Oh yer, masa I kena batuk tu i just sapu vicks aje kat dada n belakang.

ohhh i seeeee... you ada hypertension ek; quite likely lah your BP lah yg musnahkan kidneys u (kalau u takde DM or other renal diseases); halus halus tau blood vessels dalam kidenys tu.. google la kalau tak caya; microscopic sangat... kalau BP tinggi sikit aje, musnah lah blood vessels tu... (cuba u pam air dgn secepat yg u boleh melalui satu tiub yg u buat sendir, yg nipis je dan fragiel aje bahan nye.. macam tu la kesan ke atas blood vessels dlm kidney u.. seminggu dua je dah rabak semua). doctors u tak cek k BP u? dah pakai 4 anti BP tablets tapi BP still high.. maka depa tak check ke kot kot u ada Hyperaldosteronism ke apa? treat je je dgn spironolactone, turun la BP tu (jika hyperalosteronism yg cause BP u tu naik). Kat sini, jika BP tak i control dgn 3 antihypetension, kami buat la renin, aldosterone, metanephrine studies etc. Tapi mesia lain lah, sebab doctors mesia semua nya pakar dalam semua bidang, tak akan dibaca nye buku buku medicine yg baru baru tu.

U ade pulmonary oedema la tu if batuk tetiba.. ie fluid dari badan dah seeped out into your lungs. baca la pasal fluid overload problems in somebody with ESRF (end-stage renal failure); its important fo u to know the complications of this disease. BP u kena di eview oleh enodcinologits dah tu.

GP u dulu tu tak pantau ke yg BP u tak turun turun despite multiple tabs.

Ok nanti I study the information you stated here.
I should tell you my medical history so that u can get a clearer picture of my condition.
I was diagnosed with HB since I was 37 (2009) years. I was still working bck then so I pegi hosp private under co. Medical benefit. Ms tu doc just bg Amlo 5gm n increase to 10mg later on. Tp at that time I tak take my medicine regularly. Suka2 aje makan or not. Later in 2012 I dah quit my job at age of 40. So I just pegi klinik kesihatan gov for HB treatment. Still makan ubat HB tak regularly. Later in 2014 br I was diagnosed with CKD. Tu pon discover sbb I was admitted to the hosp kena sawan tarik. Hosp buat blood test n nampak my Creatinen dh shoot up ke 800++. Ms tu lah hospital tny mn my rekod dr klinik kesihatan n dulu ada buat xray kidney which the klinik misplaced kan....
Its seem doc hospital asked me why klinik kesihatan tak refer me to the hosp pakar dulu2 bcoz I had HB at early age (b4 40), and its shows that something is wrong some where. Its not a genetic. After dh dianosed dpt CKD ni br doc nmpk my kidney ada holes. Sudah shrunk, leaving 10%-18% functioning. Both kidneys dah gone case. It was only discovered in 2014. After 7 years. Docs said it was the kidneys failure causing the HB not the other way around. Despite the high HB ni, im a healthy person. 230 punya bacaan I tak dek giddy, sakit kepala. Klu org lain dah pitam dah. Before doc ckp I ade CKD ni im a type of person yg jaga makan/minum suma, eat fruits, x mkn fast food, mkn home made food, drinks 2 liters plain water daily, x mkn pil kurus or supplement mengarut. Tak taulah apa yg causing my kidney berlubang. Yg eventually menyebabkan trus kecut. No further investigation were made. Biopsy pon tak buat....
By the way, if I may know,doc skang assign di hosp maner? Tq |

As for the lungs, doc penah buat Ecg jantung and discover ade irregularity pd heart beat so they sent me scan lungs pulak.
Its seem pd lung sebelah kiri pon ada small hole. Doc bagi tau aje for my knowledge. Ada effect tak hole ni causing me batuk atau fluid senang aje entering like what happened last week. Dulu2 I senang dpt batuk, kdg2 last for 3 months gitu. Bahaya ker ade lubang like this? Should I be worried?? Tq |

Doc tambah lg ubat ade lahh....either tambah ubat atau tambah dose.
Sometimes I rs mcm useless jea ubat I consume. Tp doc pulak reminds me kata klu u tak take ur medicine, nanti jantung u bengkak or kena stroke lagi susah...huhuhu |
