Cooking Method Deep-fry
Ingredients
For water dough:
400g plain flour
225ml water mix with 1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp shortening or margarine
For oil dough:
200g plain flour
150g margarine or shortening-----------> yg ni kurangkan jadi 100-120 gm pun dah ok
For filling:
400g potatoes, cubed and cooked till soft
200g big onions, cubed
3 tbsp curry powder
1 tbsp chilli boh
2 sprigs curry leaves
1 tbsp vegetarian oyster sauce
Salt and sugar to taste
A dash of pepper
Method
To make water dough: Place flour in a mixing bowl. Rub in shortening and add in the water. Knead into a smooth dough.leave aside to rest for 10 minutes. Divide into 24 equal portions.
To make oil dough: Rub shortening or margarine into the flour to form an oily dough. Divide into 24 equal portions.
To combine into pastry: Wrap oil dough inside water dough.(Biarkan 1 jam -ikut stail K.Dewi)
Flatten the dough and roll up. Repeat the process. Cut the rolled-up dough into two. Use a rolling pin to press it flat. Shape into a circle. Add filling and seal the sides. Pinch the edges to form a scallop design. Deep fry puffs in medium hot oil.
To make filling: Heat pan with 2 tbsp oil. Fry all the ingredients till fragrant. Add 1/2 tbsp water and fry till dry. Leave to cool. |

laaa...resepinya mudah aje kan...doh yg buh shortening tuh jgn buh air langsung hanya shortening semata2 dan doh air tuh..hanya buh air ..kena print dan bawak ke dapur baru faham..akak sambil buat sambil refer gambo step by step tuh..

ok, boleh le try. tapi lama tak ngulinye. Agak2 kak noor, ummi nih dah boleh mengguli ker
bimbang gak.. |

horayyyyyyyy!!!! long day tau wat karipap pusing!!!! berbanyak terimakasih dewi for resepi dan tunjuk ajar dan kawan2 kat sini for your tips..karipap long buat inti keledek..sedap arrr.walaupon x cantik tapi rasa garing macam noor kater krup krap krup krap...dan saiz pula ada s, m dan l..nak kena praktis lagi la...kawan2 long esp. mat2 saleh yg datang rumah hari sabtu baru ni suka sangat..habis 30 bijik depa makan 4 orang!

Karipap Pusing(Dewi)
long,macam janji jer kita wat karipap pusing ni..zie punya pun first time.
zie tak letak crisco/shortening..tak sempat nak gi beli..and dia punya pusing pun tak cantik macam orang lain punya.
dah ikut step by step..step masa potong ngan pisau tu..cantik jer lapisannya..agaknya teknik mencanai last step memainkan peranan buat lapisan yang cantik..agaknya ganas sangat zie 'tenyeh'. |

cantik jugak karipap zieA tu.. maybe tak der shortening pusing2 tu tak menyerlah sgt... time nak leperkan lepas potong tu mmg tak leh ganas zieA .. dewi gelek 2 kali jer time tu ...
gelek sekali dia jadik bujur.. angkat dan pusing kan gelek sekali lagi bulat lah dia.. |
