ha ah. peraturan kementerian kesihatan perlu dipatuhi. kalau boleh elak sebanyak mana kesalahan tu. belum mereka masuk check tengok papan pemotong lagi.
nanti mesti kata alahhhhh ko kat rumah ada ke papan, apron bagai. rumah aku yg bukan pro kitchen pun ada papan potong khas ikut kod kaler. hijau (sayur/buah), merah (daging merah), kuning (ayam), biru (seafood), putih (cheese), brown (cooked product). sebab aku masuk pro kitchen and depa bagi tahu aku keracunan makanan akibat cross contamination (papan pemotong, tak cuci tangan bagi setiap product) maka rumah aku pun ikut practice seboleh mungkin.

yup. itu pun i tengok kitchen lain, main mix je. kitchen rita ni tak nampak dalam gambar. mungkin ada, mungkin tiada.

Iols dah ter inspired dengan papan pemotong chuols  
Sekarang ni iols kat rumah ada 3 jenis je - buah/sayur, bahan mentah ayam/ikan semua tu, bahan kering cth kuih muih
Baca chuols punya posting baru tau seafood dgn ayam/daging pun kena asing. But why eh?

kerana utk elakkan cross contamination between food groups (lain makanan, lain temperature doneness). seafood sekejap, daging (steak) pun sekejapan, ayam kena masak betul. sayur/buah (mentah) or sayur masak sekejap.
sayur buah boleh satukan. ayam mesti diasingkan. jika i beli ayam / telur ayam, i akan amik plastik buah dan balutkan supaya tak tersentuh groceries lain.

i beli dulu kat sogo. masa tu each color dia bundle satu papan besar, free papan kecik. satu color i paid dalam RM50++. now ada yg murah. cosway hari tu pun i tengok ada jual. now mungkin murah.

bahan dah masak boleh satukan je. i guna wood board. roti, daging etc.

Takdelah. Ni pun belajar dari satu department ke satu department kat kitchen besar tu. Kalau tak haram apa pun tak tau.
