Selalukan kalau kita blend cili kering, simpan dalam peti ais tak sampai seminggu ia dah masam dan naik kulat putih kan. Insha Allah, buat macam ini tahan lama, sebulan dua tak berkulat.
BAHAN-BAHANNYA:
400gm cili kering.
3 labu bawang putih.
Air tapis.
CARA PENYEDIAANNYA:
1. Potong cili kering (buang biji) dan kupas bawang putih sebelum dicuci bersih-bersih.
2. Rebus cili kering bersama bawang putih sampai lembut cili tu.
3. Kemudian toskan (tak perlu basuh lagi cuma tos saja sebab tadi kita dah cuci bersih, kalau basuh balik guna air paip nanti cili kisar tak tahan lama).
4. Biarkan sekejap agak-agak sejuk sedikit.
5. Kemudian kisar dengan menggunakan air tapis jangan guna air paip ye. Guna air tapis dan satu lagi bawang putih bertindak sebagai anti kulat.
Insha Allah cili akan tahan lama dan tak berkulat. Selamat mencuba.
