random thought: because recently my partner is super stress and frust due to some thing doesn't go his way.
So at first I thought the way to deal with stressed partner is to comfort him, or to motivate him.
But not until i found this article

because basically this article somehow tells you to just embrace the frustration / anger, in order to heal you, or to make you move on.
well, I am partly agree to this article as this failure may teach him some lesson, and disagree at some point tooo.
I mean how on earth you can just watch someone you care feeling down and so blue, of course you need to lift him up, right
