Salam Din,

Nak update utk hari ni.
weight: 61.6kg... yeayy..turun jugak dierrr...

xtvt harian; fiber diet drink every alternate day, nasi sehari sekali (sesenduk jeww), gym 4-5 times a week, lompat bintang 200-250 every day and minum banyaaakkkk air kosong...  skrg, dah semangat balik nak capai target 60kg by january... bulan depan boleh letak target baru... hoyeahhh...

mr Din... syik nak update berat siap2 la...

oleh kerana hari ahad cheat day..syik mkn byk...

maka hari isnin berat naik kepada 80.3kg...

hari ni, selasa syik tak timbang pasal ada kt kpg nie...

hari sok, syik menjangkakan berat naik jugak...

so sila guna berat 80.3kg..wakakaka......sadis2... baru je itu haru jumpa angka 7 kt depan..sekarang kembali ke angka 8 balik..hehe

buat dlm 3 set jer..nak masuk set ke 4, time pecut kaki terus cramp..

asas penurunan berat ialah diet. jika diet tak betul, senam mcmn pun result akan susah nak nampak. jika diet betul, walaupun tak senam, berat boleh turun.. tu pentingnya diet yg betul
