Terry stretchered off for Blues

There are concerns for John Terry抯 health ahead of the Champions League final after the Chelsea skipper was stretchered off during his side抯 final game of the Premier League season.
Terry was injured in a collision with goalkeeper Petr Cech after 12 minutes of the game with Bolton Wanderers and was subsequently stretchered off in front of a concerned Stamford Bridge crowd.
As Cech came to claim the ball, his knee collided with Terry抯 arm and the Chelsea defender collapsed to the turf in considerable pain.
His shirt was used as a makeshift sling as he was withdrawn and with the Champions League final just ten days away, Chelsea must have serious concerns over the fitness of their skipper, with reports claiming the defender has been taken to hospital.
Terry has shown remarkable powers of recovery in the past and the defender will be determined not to miss the pinnacle of his career when Chelsea take on Manchester United in Moscow.
