Tq for the tips linamys. Dah lama sgt tak de penurunan. susah la nk tukar corak pemakanan....agaknya dah nk kena mula mkn lauk pauk bakar n sayur rebus. Skunk ni mkn jer apa yg dijual kt kantin cuma kawal kuantiti ajer.

Senaman skunk ni byk penyakit M.so utk mengalami penurunan, kena kerap senam n no more MALAS

    penyakit M tu biasa la linalias.. lina pun byk kali didatangi penyakit M ni.. tp lina buat rutin senam yg simple2 je kat umah.. ada hari tertentu baru buat yg berat2.. heheh.. sama jer kita ni.. bila kurang senam, makn pun x leh berlebih-lebihan... nk mkn sedap dn byk kena rajin senam...huhuh kalau idak nnt xde kalori defisit..
