air mineral x rebus..takut ada kuman bakteria bagai...
tak..mcm tiap kali anak menyusu, lebih kurang 20 minit kan.the first 10 min tu susu cair...the last 10 min tu br pekat..sbb tu org tua sokmo kata anak minum susu ibu tak kenyang..slh kefahaman tu..bkn slh susu..tp slh teknik...kene bg melekap lama sket br anak dpt susu yang pekat..susu awl2 tu kite panggil foremilk...komposisi mmg air byk.susu last tu yg ade semua lemak lemak baik utk otak..kita panggil hindmilk... |

aah kioh..susu kering kalu lama x bg mnum...sbb konsep susu tu..ade demand br die keluar..lg satu..die auto jadi kurang kalau pregnant or piyed..sbb kalu hormon estrogen tinggi...hormon yg keluarkan susu, prolaktin auto jd rendah..lg satu kalu stress pun susu drop..sbb lg satu hormon yg rangsang susu, oxytoxin yg cuma keluar kalu uols happy, kalu kurang nnt susu x keluar...sbb tu jgn saiko ibu nyusu.sian... |
