from philips island nanti, we plan to drive to mornington peninsular and take the ferry to cross untuk pegi Great Ocean Road tapi i ada baca yg keta sewa kat OZ tak dibenarkan naik ferry
ada sesape boleh tolong confirmkan tak ? sbb the ferry ride from mornington peninsular to sorrento akan ambik masa 40 mins, kalau we all drive balik to melbourne and then pegi GOR, will take a few hours !!!!
ataupun, ada sesape tak pernah sewa keta kat sana and bawa keta naik ferry ride from mornington to sorrento ? kalau ada, pls let me know which car rental company

Unfortunately di Australia ni semua "major" car rental companies i.e. Hertz, Thrifty, AVIS etc tak cover apa2 yg berlaku "atas ferry". Kebanyakan org bawak naik je atas ferry ...... oklah selagi tak berlaku apa2. The question to ask yourself is whether - akan berlaku sesuatu tak atas ferry nanti? 99.9% likelihood is tak akan berlaku apa2 & car rental companies pun tak tahu yg kita bawak kereta atas ferry. Tawakkal aje lah bila naik nanti!

Tak berani nak coment apa2 sebab last sekali drive kat Tasmania ni zaman student dulu2; most probably x ada issue ....once u dah try kat any major city kat Oz tempat lain pun sama. Cuma macam biasalah pemegang lesen dari Oz, NZ, UK rate sewa dia rendah dari org2 lain. |

alhamdulillah... dah dapat reply dari malaysia hall. dah approve my stay kat sana. cumanya check-in time dorang sampai pukul 4pm jer and boocik sampai pukul 5 pm. bila boocik e-mel dorang tanya about this dorang tak jawab2 lagi... last resort, kena book hotel satu malam kat melbourne before check-in malaysia hall. hu hu hu... |

boocik, aritu haz sampai awal around 12 noon, check in time between 2 - 4pm jer kan..so i called one of the assistants & told him about my condition..boleh ke check in awal sbb xde arah tujuan dah masa tu cuti kedai tutup sume!!!!
dia kata ok jer, just dtg & give him a call when i arrive dpn malaysia hall sbb pintu kat situ locked..masuk guna key card..
i'm sure boleh jer kalau arrive lewat sejam tu provided the warden or one of the assistants are around coz aritu yg jadik assistants tu students...
so just tunggu reply derang dulu laa yer.. |

I love melbon! harap2 ada rezeki ke sana lagiii...mmg bestt compared to the rest of the cities kat negara lain that i've been...clean n structured...akak penah sewa kete kat sana...tp tak naik ferry laa...satu la kena amek insurance which is i think mahal jugakk laa...risauu gakk if apa2 berlaku kalu tak amek...we all pi dr melbon ke GOR terus ke Port fairy then balikk tuu pi Ballarat then ke Mornington & Sorrento ...ke Mornington & Sorrento tuu we all gi kjap je..since flight balik mesia malam...so pagi tuu we all gi jalan2 ke sana...sempatt laa singgah Dromana ke apa tahh vineyard, saje posing2 gamba...then pi shoreham lavendar garden..kat Sorrento tu ada National Park...tak ingat nama apa...masuk free...sempatt la we all masuk bushes jalan2 kjap je..... |

Salam...
Try check out Werribee Open Range Zoo; yang ni safari-style zoo. Lebih kurang 30 minit drive dari pusat bandar. Melbourne zoo pun cukup bagus tapi biasalah binatang2 semua kena kurung dlm kandang... so tak natural. |
