midori, rasanya berat awak mmg dah takkan turun la.. sebab awak BMI bawah 20.. mereka yg BMI bawah 23 mmg dah tak perlu turun berat, cuma turunkan inci/lemak je. |

coffee kalau amik kosong mmg bagus utk badan..
tapi kalau u tambah gula, tambah susu/krimer, khasiat kopi tu dah jadi kurang, lebih byk keburukan dari gula/susu tu..
nak alternatif ke? |
