Quick Chocolate Bread (Chocolate Loaf Cake)
This quick chocolate bread is a moist and decadent loaf cake that’s easy to make and perfect for any chocolate lover. Enjoy it as a dessert or a sweet snack!

Ingredients
???? 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
???? 1 cup granulated sugar
???? 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
???? 1 tsp baking soda
???? 1/2 tsp baking powder
???? 1/4 tsp salt
???? 1 cup buttermilk (or milk + 1 tbsp vinegar, let sit for 5 min)
???? 1/2 cup vegetable oil
???? 2 tsp vanilla extract
???? 2 large eggs
???? 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
1. Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan or line it with parchment paper.
2. Mix Dry Ingredients:

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
3. Mix Wet Ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk together the buttermilk, vegetable oil, vanilla extract, and eggs until well combined.
4. Combine Mixtures:

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Be careful not to overmix; a few lumps are okay.
5. Add Chocolate Chips:

Gently fold in the chocolate chips if using.
6. Pour into the Pan:

Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
7. Bake:

Bake for 50-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. The top should be firm and slightly cracked.
8. Cool:

Allow the bread to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely.
9. Serve:

Slice and enjoy your quick chocolate bread warm or at room temperature! It’s delicious on its own or with a spread of butter. ????????✨
