kawan aku beli rumah RM500k dan installment bulan2 dia adalah RM3.5k, gaji dia time tu RM5.5k
sebab apa installment RM3.5k? dia umur 45 masa beli tu..insurance rumah tu je dah RM120k
sampai sekarang masih membayar la dia RM3.5k cuma gaji dia sekarang dah RM8k laaa
rumah tak duduk gak sbb dia ada rumah lain

aku rasa mmg harga rumah second hand tengah merudum, sebab ada satu condo mengadap view Istana Negara baru area shopping mall tu ala apatah nama shopping mall tu...dekat Jln Duta. dah murah dah harga condo tu..dedulu expat jepun suka menyewa 5 tahun 7 tahun sbb diorg kerja kat Proton City..skrg dah takde sgt expat Jepun. diorg beralih ke kondo mengadap KLCC view je

Bestnya dpt beli 200k dpt duk tmpt mahal... boleh ke dpt harga tu mesti geng2 REN dah tapau..takpun maintenance fee owner lama cecah 100k ehhb kalau 100k pun still worth it kan .

nk recession lg ni...oil n gas industry tgh crash ni..not just in msia..rs kbykan negara..last year kwn i duk dubai blk semula ke msia after 20yrs duk abu dhabi n dubai..contract tamat..msk msia keje prefchem plk da msia pun tgh prob o&g industry ni..halliburton, SLB, sapura energy mmg tgh buang org..dr last year lg..pet pun mmg tgh buang org jugak..15k pet saja..once pet buang..main con sub con yg berbisnes dgn pet akan bertambah membuang lah..i also dr o&g industry before this..da jump msk industry lain dah now..

ms i br2 msk co i skrg keje..my boss ckp ms dia duk cr2 candidate utk post i tu..dia pelik..sblm ni dia kena go thru 100-200 resume je..but this time around dia kena go thru 1k plus candidates..which mean..eco very bad kah? ramai candidates dlm market duk cr keje..ni belum wave o&g msk market reramai lg..tggu after bulan 5..br terasa time tu..eco gawat..

Ye i pernah baca mana tah..mcm susah tau beli lelong.apa2 kos smua owner baru kena settlekan.
So logikkan berapa je kawan kita yg pernah dpt beli lelong? Wpun kita tgok sana sini iklan lelong...i takde dengar  sorang pun kawan yg pernah beli ellong

mmg biasalah cycle dia kan, every 8-10 years mesti satu kali recession...tapi mcm 2025 awal sgt..biasa dia tiba angka 7-8 baru recession / gawat teruk every decade

sb ada issue petros jugak in between..make the cycle become faster..tp bkn o&g jela..lotuss pun tgh mss org..astro pun tggu mid year ni nk tgk progress tv bisnes derang..if still xleh come back another round vss..

byk2 org vss dlm market here n there ni kalau boleh sustain rumah yg dibeli xapa..kalau xlarat maka bank lelong jela..

tah la banking? laki iols kat banking aman2 ja tgk..x dgr buang membuang lg so far kat banking sector..iols kat food industries..pun xbuang org..nk menambah org lg ada..tp iols org finance..finance ni mcm katak..semua industry boleh hidup..but teruk jugak la kalau boss i ckp yg finance sector pun beribu dlm market..meaning byk co tutup (finance org last co buang biasa nya)

renewable energy x masyuk u..supply lg byk dr demand kat msia ni..byk2 co yg msk msia lepas covid hari tu konon nk invest RE da byk kuar pi negara lain dah since thn 2023..
