kali ni takde sesiapa yg turun kelas n takde ultraman mode.. penurunan terbanyak ialah chazey dgn penurunan 1.1kg.. cumanya saya nak hilight top two matakucing & nurul146 ialah mereka yg konsisten tiap2 minggu sebab ada penurunan tiap minggu, so congrats to both ye.

# to miszfriday, jgn tensen2 & down2.. u tak serius, diet lari2, air tak cukup tapi still u kat tempat ketiga tau.. so minggu akhir utk sesi WLC ni please serius sikit. Drink plain water more!!!

# to my dear fren roseliz, awat jauh benor duduk kat bawah tu.. burn 1kg, at least u dapat  berat mcm berat mula pun ok dah, next month u boleh start diet baru hot2 n spicy lagi

Menu semalam :
Breakfast : Susu Soya
Lunch : Nasi separuh + ayam + sayur + air suam
Dinner : Mee Sup separuh + air suam

Exercise : 15 minit jump rope + jumping jack

bfast ( amik cereals fitnesse/wheat biscuits)
mid morning snack  (apple + green tea)
lunch ( mkn sayur aje)
afternoon snack (apple)

misz tu anak murid saya, tu psl saya garang sikit ngan dia hehe.. actually dia ada spesial personalize program, yg dia cite tu umum je
ada sorang lagi anak murid saya dlm WLC ni.. tapi dia asik sibuk memanjang je hehe sbb dia takut saya marah. so to that person, jgn mare ye.. saya ni marah2 sayang hehe

Morningggg hahahahahahah mls nya nak update,
psl berat maintain.
Last week 51.6kg.
Selasa  mggu ni 51.7kg.

Duk main kepala 51 je

Lutut semakin sakit pulaknya ni.. nak kena gi injek gamaknya  

Khamis lps pi derma darah, kan kena timbang.
Pastu sy ckp budak tu- penimbang ni rosak ke?
cuak dah budak tu sbb penimbang tu jd 49kg which is kurang 2kg la dari penimbang sy

yehaaaa..akak tak jadi masuk bod prenancy..lega bila bendera jepun dah mai

pagi tadi timbang berat 53kg..harap2 turun lagi next week sebab akak dah dok rangking paling bawah dlm carta.Ada 2 minggu lagi ni nak menurunkan berat badan.

mr din.. kenapa pagi tadi bila bangun tidur saya timbang tiba2 turun berat jadi 54.6kg jer.. terkejut sangat2.. pastu timbang berkali-kali sebab tak percaya..
lepas tu gi minum air 1 liter, terus berat jadi 55.7kg pulak.. biar benar.. dalam masa 2 hari boleh turun sebanyak tu ke? petang semlm gi joging 1 jam kat taman.. sebegitu berkesan ke?

kalau masuk bulan depan pun tak pe din.. tak marah pun.. saje tergedix2 nak joint korang.. sekarang duduk buat workout utk punggung dan mehaaaa.. akak yang banyak lemak tepu nieh...

eiiiii, mengata sy la tuhhhh...huhuhu!

ye lah2, ni nak habaq, sy salah tak ikut nasihat mr din, suh zumba balik...smlm sy zumba dah...ilang stresss....hehehe...pastu berat pun turun sikit, 400 gram...haha! jadi la tu kot...lagipun sy baru start minum supplement drink tu semula lepas stop....

byk benda nak buat hujung thn ni...byk sangat agendaaaa....

mgu ni nak balik amek brg nun kat kedah,
mgu dpn plak kena gi kursus (mesti byk mkn nih) kat penang pulak,
pastu blik kg raya haji terus dr penang (pantai timurnye raye haji meriahhhhh),
pastu pi meeting kt hotel seminggu(sah2 mknan sedap2, aiyyark!),
pastu pi kursus lagi sebulannnnn...fuhhhhh!!!
nampaknye sy kena surrender dari WLC kot.
kena start bulan 1 pulak...baru la lega sikit. (maybe laaaa...)

sumernye leh mengganggu proses diet...mcm mana ye mr din?

    alaaaa jelesnye ngan six niiii, dah la senang ratah sayur, berat senang turun lak tuuu...bmi 20 dah ok sangattttt...patut la makan maggi sampai 2 bungkus tak herannnn...

sy dulu suka sgt makan maggi, pastu lama2 sendiri sedar(walopun mak dah larang byk kali jgn mkn maggi selalu) , maggi tu mmg faktor sy gemuk. benci! sy duk ingat mkn maggi makin kurus, tp efek tu tak mengena kat sy....

six, xyah la diet2 sgt...hehe...jeles nih...
