kali ni takde sesiapa yg turun kelas n takde ultraman mode.. penurunan terbanyak ialah chazey dgn penurunan 1.1kg.. cumanya saya nak hilight top two matakucing & nurul146 ialah mereka yg konsisten tiap2 minggu sebab ada penurunan tiap minggu, so congrats to both ye.

# to miszfriday, jgn tensen2 & down2.. u tak serius, diet lari2, air tak cukup tapi still u kat tempat ketiga tau.. so minggu akhir utk sesi WLC ni please serius sikit. Drink plain water more!!!

    matakucingggg, ai jeles tgk nama u duk plg atas dlm carta....huhu, tapi takpe, ai nak share gak diet cara zig zag ni...mungkin ade sesape yg nak try...;)

diet ni gilir2 hari yg makan byk kalori, dan sikit kalori...amat sesuai kalo utk org yg suka travel...sebabnyer, masa travel leh makan high calorie, pastu bila dah balik , mkn makanan yg low calorie...haa gitu la lebih kurang...

sebab tu ai rasa penah wat macam gini...
contoh ni ye, ade 2 hari ai mkn sungguh2 (isnin& selasa) makan macam2 ai rasa nak mkn..kfc ke, nasi ke, roti ke,
pastu 2 hari lepas tu (rabu&khamis) mkn sikit2 aje...cth mcm buah2 n cereal, tghari mkn nasi sikit+sayur byk & ikan...
then, masa weekend minum air je n makan buah2 or laksa/ bihun. tak makan nasi la weekend ni... pastu repeat balik...pendek kata, menu diet tu tak statik la, berubah2...
alkesah, akhir bulan june lalu, berat ai 66kg, pastu sebelum puasa or exactly b4 4/8/2011, berat starting sy join WLC ni 63.7kg or 62.8kg..antara dua tu la...lupa dah...erm, kalo dikira2 byk gak turun tuuu...kan? hehe...
then, bulan pose sy start consume produk...

according to dr james r. lyons, kita perlu makan sumer nutrient yg diperlukan oleh badan, even fat!!! but the good fat ok...lemak yg tak diperlukan akan jadi yellow fat. kalau uols pernah siang ayam mesti dapat beza lemak2 ni. perasan kan lemak yg lembik2 tu, haa itu la yellow fat yg boleh kita usaha buang dari badan kita...while the brown fat, kat bawah skin kita..ni untuk kecantikan...adehh ceq tak gheti la nak expleng, bkn cikgu sukan kekdahnyer...cikgu matematik daaa, haha,,,takde bakat bab ceramah2 ni...

tak smstinya cut kalori je g-force.. kalau u jadi lebih aktif mcm bykkan berjalan atau buat senaman 3 kali seminggu minimum, u pun boleh turunkan berat jugak. Janji ikut formula kalori keluar > kalori masuk..

laaa selama ni mieciput bagi berat waktu bila? mmg berat paling ringan badan ialah waktu kita bangun tidur sebelum sarapan.. time kita tidur pun kita hilang berat sbb badan kita proses makanan dlm perut & air pun hilang semasa tidur..

    Mr. Din, mieciput mmg timbang waktu bangun tido.. tak per.. tunggu selasa depan mie ciput timbang lagi.. harap2 betul la boleh turun jadi 54kg.. bahagia nyer..

sorry Mr.Din & the rest.. I still listed lgi ke dlm challenge nie..?? uhuhuh.. dah dekat 3 weeks kot kan I tak update.. harituh balik ja dari kinabalu berat I tingtong naek.. from 58.6 kaw-kaw naheks sampai 62kg.. pecaya tak..??

2 hari I taley jalan & macam orang kurang upaya.. penangan kinabalu pnye pasal.. but 4 days after balik gunung, still lagi degil dok ghik PIKOM CHARITY RUN plaks.. sempat abeskan 6KM & alhamdulillah listed gaks dptkan medal.. cuma timing tak berape bagus coz I target untuk abeskan run ja.. tak expect untuk medal & best timing..

today ada timbang berat, udah drop balik ke 59.. but still lom capai target la actually utk loss sampai 58kg.. actually itu untuk target before naek kinabalu.. now dah nak hujung bln Oct pon, my next target still diawang-awangan.. malu laks rase..

masuk bln Nov I kena gigih leks.. kena jage makan & workout.. tokley malas-malas coz ade last 10kg's I need to buang.. wish me luck & same goes to kenkwn here too.. sesama bagi semangat eks..

berbuka:sekali lagi ratah sayur pucuk ubi masak lemak cili padi.(jgn marah rose), bihun goreng sikit,air limau nipis,buah limau.air suma byk2.

Breakfast : yogurt drink
Brunch : air masak
Lunch : Roti nan + air masak
Tea : air masak + buah jambu potong
Dinner : Susu soya + biskut ping pong

pastu next meal journal, boleh post tak u achieve berapa byk minum air dah. 2L is good, 2.5L is better, 3L is excellent.


by the way, ada amik tak bacaan body fat percentage?

Thank u Cik Din.. Skrg baru nampak kelebihan minum air masak... Diet rasa lebih mudah dengan pengambilan air masak yang mencukupi... Rasa nak mengunyah pun kurang...
Body Fat misz skrg 37%. Agak tinggi lagi.

sekarang ni x sabar nak tunggu hari sabtu dan ahad coz hari  minggu ni lah boleh g jogging dan bersenam kat taman. Best sangat coz boleh jogging sampai puas hati dan bersenam sampai basah baju....huhu
