Assalammualaikum sume.. Baru-baru nie fizzy buat check up biasa kat klinik sbb ada high bld pressre n buat ecg skali.. result dr ecg ada tnjk yg fizzy ader heart prblm.. Last month gi hkl buat apptment utk further treatment, so yesterday gi buat stress test n tak lepas stage 2.. Doc advise buat angiogram utk tau blokage kt mana... Bole tak sapa2 terangkan procedure of angiogram tu apa? T.Q |

ayah saya umo 70 taun..dia mmg x merokok.tetiba dlm taun lps dia ade beberapa kali sakit dada n doktor sahkan setelah wat ECG dia ade prob gan jantung dia..denyutan jantung dia x sama mcm normal..GH telah refer ayah saya ke IJN n IJN sahkan ade darah beku di saluran ke bhgn jantung.utk pgetahuan juga, ayah saya walaupun umo 70 taun tp dia masih sihat.slalu sakit demam biasa je.IJN decide nk wat operation tp ayah saya xnk.sbb dia dengar citer dr kwn2 dia, biasa nye lps operation ramai yg strok n dpt sakit lain..

Sebenarnya apabila seseorang itu mengikuti preskripsi doktor pesakit akan mengalami komplikasi yang lain. Pesakit selalu menyangka komplikasi tersebut adalah disebabkan umur mereka yang semakin meningkat. Hakikatnya, dadah dalam ubat-ubatan hospital merupakan "vitamin robber" - ia menghapuskan zat makanan dan vitamin yang sepatutnya kita dapat dari pemakanan kita seharian.
Terdapat lima cara bagaimana ubat-ubatan menghapuskan vitamin dan nutrien dalam badan pesakit:
(a) mengurangkan selera makan

Apa maksudnya kalau 1st stage AV Block yer? baru-baru ni I pi ECG, dokter kata I ada 1st stage AV Block, tapi katanya tak perlu risau ianya tak serius |

Its very normal to freak out before undergoing surgery. Kita more receptive to bad news - tak tahulah kenapa.
My mum dah 3 kali buat angiogram and masukkan stent at her arteries. After each surgery she's a lot better than before. Kalau sebelum procedure tu my mum selalu pegang & urut dada - sakit. Tapi bila dah recover from the surgery she's more relax & boleh buat aktiviti yg dia enjoy - especially gi surau, mengaji & travelling with her surau gang.
Jangan layan orang yang bagi bad news. Kadang dia orang ni dengar-dengar cerita bukannya ada actual experience. |

please share experince with me...
doktor suruh aku buat operation untuk repair atau ganti valve jantung aku yang conginetal ni.doktor advise aku buat sebelum jantung aku kembang.sekarang aku makan ubat untuk prevent jantung dari kembang..bila doktor citer aku kena buat open heart surgeri .ngeri jugak aku dengar.
kalau dari segi luaran aku sihat sangat.aktif life style.aktif bersukan.takda sapa yang tau sebenar aku sakit jantung .cuma 25% darah aku yang dipump keluar.. |

Mmg skrg ni kalo bersukan pun tak bleh lari drp sakit jantung. Kan ari tu ade tetiba soccer player yg rebah tgh padang due to heart attack.hehe

sy rasa cm x selesa dgn jantung, selalu bdegup kencang + berdebar + semput.
msa keguguran ari tu, doktor yg cek ada tnya samada sy ada skit jantung ke tidak sbb suara sy lain x normal. sy pun x tau bgimana suara x normal, bg sy biasa je. adakah kelainan suara pun salah satu tanda sakit jantung?

meh aku explain secara ringkas ECG ni...
pattern dalam ECG ni adalah 'electrical activity' yang dijana oleh jantung kita semasa ia berdegup...
now, jantung kita ader 4 chambers/ruang yakni: right atrium, left atrium, right ventricle, left ventricle....atau 2 atrium dan 2 ventricle
so, secara am ada dua bahagian jantung i.e. atrium dan ventricle
secara ringkas, atrium akan 'pump' dulu, darah akan pergi ke ventricles....kemudian disusuli pulak oleh ventricle 'pump'
ni pattern ECG yg normal:
boleh tgk kat pattern tu ader beberapa 'waves' atau ombak.....dinamakan P, Q, R, S, T
P- adalah bila atrium pump ataupun mengecut
Q-R-S- adalah bila Ventricles pump ataupun mengecut
T- adalah bila jantung 'repolarize' sebelum atrium mengecut untuk degup seterusnyer.....
ni adalah normal ECG:
yang I, II, III, aVR, aVL, aVF, V1-V6 tu adalah 'leads ECG'...di mana setiap lead tu merujuk kepada pattern electric di berlainan tempat/posisi kat jantung.....
kita boleh lihat perubahan ECG ni dalam berbagai2 penyakit.....paling famous adalah heart attack, jantung laju dan tak sekata dan lain2 lagi....
tu lah secara ringkas ECG....
