Rajin2 makan ubat ya Min. Get well soon....
Min, Kalau tak ada aral my sis yg dok sebelah rumah your bro tu nak datang rumah I bulan May nanti. Datang dengan my other 2 sisters dan anak2 dia orang. Meriahlah nampaknya rumah I for a couple of weeks in May. My parents pun ada kat sini until end june. |

Chiffon cake
A
6 egg whites
1/4 tsp cream of tartar
B
6 egg yolks
115g sugar
120g self raising flour
8 tbs water
1/2 tsp pandan essence (boleh guna other flavour ikut cita rasa)
a few drops off food coloring
5 tbs corn oil
Method:
Beat egg whites and cream of tartar until stiff (bertanduk)
In a separate bowl, beat yolks and sugar until sugar dissolves. Add in water, essence and color drops. Mix thoroughly.
Add in corn oil and mix well.
Fold in sifted flour and mix well.
Using spatula mix together mixture B and A. Stir softly.
Pour into chiffon mould/pan and bake at 160 C for 45 - 50 minutes.
Note:
Very important to turn the cake upside down immediately after out of the oven. Leave it to cool. Remove the cake from the mould by using a sharp knife. |

I belum sempat nak buat lagi. Guna gula melaka aje nanti.
My mom pun kata tak payah buat bentuk yg susah2. Just bulatkan macam bentuk cincin kot macam you cakap tu. |

Disebabkan anak2 tak suka raisin bun, I buatkan pandan bun for them. Guna resepi pandan buns Noormasri.

Yummy! Buat pizza sendiri memang best, topping as sarat as you like. Thin or regular crust, Plat?

Regular crust. I suka juga buat pizza sebab anak2 dan hb suka makan. My mom yg tak pernah nak makan pizza pun boleh join sama tadi. |

Tak sempat ambik gmbr makan satu persatu. Tapi gmbr meja pot luck tu ni dia.

Banana caramel cake (Caramel tak letak sbb lupa beli whipping cream )
Apam Balik
Dan dari Moderator forum GMN tu pulak siap dia kirim duit utk belikan marble kek kat Michele's Patisserie.
Mknan tu tak termasuk kekacang, murukus dan lain2 junk food. Rezeki....

Plat...aku jeles betul dengan hang nih...sampai pizza pun lobster...adoi la....kalau kita sesat ke Aus tu, bolehlah singgah...hehe (chewah...jemput diri sendiri). |

Nak tanya....ada2 sape tau mana nak dapatkan resepi "Kuih Sagu"....ni bukan yang color merah hijau tu...ni yang orang Kelantan selalu buat, depa makan dengan kuah santan dan gula merah...setengah sagu dan setengah macam gula merah....tak reti nak describe. |

Lobster memang banyak betul kat rumah I ni. Tiap hari my hb dan my father pergi check lobster pots kat laut tu. Hari ni dapat 21 ekor. Semalam 15 ekor.
Bukan pizza je lobster, cekodok pun lobster jugak...
Kalau datang ke sini jangan lupa kabarkan kat I. Nanti I jamu lobster...

Ha Plat...tu macam jemput dah tu...hahaha. Hubby and I probably go back end 2009, and I memang nak bawak dia jalan merata2. Lagipun I tengok Air Asia ada cheap flight to Aussie. Bolehlah masukkan dalam itinerary. I tak pernah gi Australia and NZ lagi. |
