mintak maaf saya pun bukan expert decorating ni... tapi pure butter bukan la buttercup. buttercup tu lepa susu, dia campur hasil kelapa sawit / lemak sayuran dan jugak susu.

nak pure butter, try brands macam SCS, anchor, golden churn, president, green meadow, and a few others. pure butter kalau tgk ingredients dia selalu nya cream and salt, sometimes ada water sekali.

yang berderet2 ingredients tu bukan pure butter, sebab campur lemak sayuran.

buttercream resepi mana ye yg tahan 3 hari in room temp?

i guna yg 250gm krimwell, butter, icing sugar, essence..yg ni ok ke?

masa nak end kan tekanan nozzle, tu akhiri dengan slow dan  ...

memang pun selalu stop mengejut..sebab jarang2 buat..so tak balance..kelajuan tangan n kepanjangan daun..
kalau buat slow2 tu..nanti mesti daun terjurai panjang..he..he..kalau cantik tak pe gak..ni saya punya..habis sememeh...he..he..

tak pndai nak deco pakai buttercream sbb tangan keras..so far pakai fondant je dulu..
teringin nak belajar deco full buttercream..kagum ngan forumer2 dkt cni..

    you stop mengejut..me if piping buttercream then xtaw nak stop..pastu mula la yang end tu jd penyek sbb tekan..kadang2 tertarik...sedih kan..

    Tq2..still in learning lagi...for me senang lagi fondant..sbb main golek2 je..buttercream susah..tangan tak cukup lembut lagi kot nak pusing2 mende alah tu.. ..yang taw wat spiral..tu pun xjadi..hehe..

Salam,

Style akak buat daun - consistency buttercream kena lembik sikit, jadi boleh tambah sikit air/susu and also piping gel.  Nozzle daun tu kalau baru beli cuba masukkan pisau kecik ke kat opening dia, bagi besar sikit.  Masa piping tu, last sekali try tarik ke atas, utk mendapatkan hujung yg tajam.  

Utk yg bertanya buat bunga ros tu, sebenarnye susah nak explain kat sini, bila dah cuba baru tau.  Angle, pressure, icing consistency dan jugak jari kena pusing sama kalau pakai flower nail.  Cuba tengok kalau ada video kat Youtube.

nak tanya pasal butter icing.....tahu tak camana nak buat? butter icing ni keras biasanya utk deco wedding cupcakes supaya tak messy....keras tegak cantik je.....biasa org deco pakai 1M wilton....
