Laptop Shutdown Problem

Aku nak mtk tlg korang seme psl laptop aku..
aku de prob ngn laptop aku..brand compaq v3000
aku xleh nk shutdown laptop nie secara normal sebab ianya xkn shutdown, tp jd restart..
tp apabila aku disconnect power cabel..baru ianya ianya akan shutdown..
FYI batery laptop ni dah kong..so adakah nie puncanya?ataupun de hardware ln prob?
aku dah reinstall win xp, tp still jd cmtu...
harap korang leh tlg...tq |

bukan sebab bateri dah kong ke?mmg sebelum nie ader virus..tp aku dah format,install winxp baru...
cmne nk tau ader virus lagi ke x even dh format? |

Aku still rasa cam mobo ko ada problem sebab takleh shutdown secara normal... even lepas ko dah reinstall pun.
Nampak gaya kena gak antar kedai...  |

Ko hantarlah... mungkin model ko tak termasuk dlm list special extended warranty tu, tapi diaorang tu akan check and kalau didapati problem to related ke issue mobo tu buat hal sebab ada defect, leh ko dapat mobo baru free.  |

haku tumpang thread neh je lah...
nak tnya...tetiba kalo nk shutdown ader kuar tulisan kat box shutdown tu ( yg dibulatkan pd pic)
ape sebab ader tulisan tu ek..?? camner cara aku nk ilangkan tulisan tu..?? |

komputer ko nih dah infected nih... cuba try repair windows... or scan virus kat Safe Mode... |
