Itu bergantung kepada kebolehan seseorang yang mahir dalam bahasa pengaturcaraan seperti visual basic, access, dan banyak lagi bahasa untuk membina database ni....
Untuk permulaan baik guna microsoft access sebagai pangkalan data sistem fail. Lagi pun senang dapat dalam aplikasi microsoft office.
