PC tak boleh Off/Restart

lepas windows updated, PC aku tak bley Off/Restart/Log Off............. tp boleh stand by pulak...

apa kes ek? jenuh aku usik sana sini..........

help pleaseeee

Try manual OFF... tekan PC tu nyer Power Button lama2 sampai dia off sendiri.

Kemudian tunggu dalam 20 saat, and ONkan semula PC tu. Lepas semua dah start, cuba Shutdown. Kalau masih tak boleh Shutdown/Restart/etc, repeat proses atas and lepas restart, Restore system ke haribulan sebelum problem ni berlaku.

Download update and install semula (sebab mungkin update yg didownload sebelum ni corrupted).

lpas da restore point, ok......

and then, jadi smula hal tuh, takleh shutdown.....
takkan setiap kali kna restore point?

restore dan buat restore point yang baru.. emm rasanya ada sebab lain neh..

cam biasa..dapat kan hijack this untuk lihat apa proses di balik tabir tu...

dan wat restore guna windows system restore tu tak molek..aku mmg dah disable restore tu...kalu file restore tu dah corrupt..tarak guna juga...

cuba boot dan tekan F8 masa boot..cari option 'last good bla..bla..' tu...
