tolong!!kalau boleh x nak re format..

hai..pagi tadi saya ada install IE 8.bila dia mtk saya restart comp, saya pun buat.masa nak click acc user, kuar message ni'a problem is preventing window from accurately checking the license for this comp.error code:0x80070002'.
bila i cancel msg tu, account log off.byk kali buat,masih jadi yg sama.so saya x dapat masuk ke window/desktop
my bro said, becoz my window tu pirate..he suggested me format blk comp tapi...sayang la, byk file dlm tu.kalau boleh x nak ilang files semua tu..
tlg lah saya..ada cara lain x selain format balik??

saya dah cuba 'safe mode',system restore tp x berjaya...
guys..any suggestion??just nak tahu kalau ada lah...kalau takde, terpaksa lah format balik

uninstall IE8. <--- paling tak stabil unless ko guna vista or windows7.

guna je IE7. utk XP user. get rid of that grumpy old IE6.

anyway..kalau guna system restore tu, x sama ke macam uninstall??

Try  repair   dulu   ...  windows    tu   .....

on kan pc ko,masa dia tgh boot,tekan F8..tunggu option2 keluar..pilih 'last known good..bla..blaaa'...enter...

tadi dah cuba masuk safe mode.dpt la save2 file yg penting pastu dah delete file IE8 dan jugak dah buat system restore.bila restart comp, nak masuk window,ttp masalah yg sama.takkan nak guna comp cara safe mode kot..btw..dah plan nak format balik..just nak second opinion nih...kalau x perlu format lg bagus..

cam saya kata tadi..guna option last known good configuration yg akan kita jumpa masa tekan F8 tu....

tak pun,reinstall je windows tu....

or cakap pasal save kan files2 tu...guna je pendrive untuk save kan...dan error tu mmg ada kaitan dgn license...

razhar...dah guna option 'last good..'tu.mmg boleh masuk window tapi lepas off comp,nak login cam biasa, dah jadi cam tadi.

2 cara:

masuk safe mode pastu bekap file yg penting ke partition selain partition C

atau

guna cd live XP atau hiren boot cd utk bekap data.

dan lepas tu baru pomat pc.

sepatut nya bila dah boleh masuk cara normal lepas guna option tu..u kena g ke windaows update tu..try update segala missing files tu...
