laptop mmber ak.. boleh online YM.. tp apesal semua browser x leh acess.. semua jenis browser ak dah try.. ak pun dh try delete n install semula.. tp still.. sma gk..
pls.. tlg.. ak.. byk assgmn nehh...

check antivirus? firewall, kot dia block... by internet security...

Atau jalan terbaik ialah reformat je.

ni bukan virus yg buat hal. tapi antivirus yg buat hal.

kaspersky? aku pernah kena...lepas uninstall baru boleh masuk internet balik..cuba tgk setting semula...kalau beli ori ada support kalau tidak...x dapek nak nolong kecuali buang ajer laa kaspersky...

dah check windows punya firewall ?ada kat dlm control panel.

kadang2 problem timbul bila blocked item punya list tak di clearkan masa uninstall kaspersky tu. maka, blocking tu tetap menten walau dah remove program tu.

oh ye, try jugak check kat startup dalam MSconfig. atau gunakan CCleaner utk check item yg ada kat windows startup.

C:\Windows\system32\drivers\etc = cari file "hosts" dan open guna notepad.

tengok apa content kat situ. bleh copy-paste kat sini tak?

maka, google dan yahoo akan di block oleh host internet ko.
andaikata ko nak blok adress porno atau apa, buleh la guna teknik ni.
