salam,

ada sape yg leh ajarkan tak, cara nak wat mail marge (excel to word)  guna MS Word 2003 yang print surat banyak2 tu...atau speadsheet.

leh tunjukkan detail tak

sediakan info di excel..... for eg. name and address
merge di ms word..... Tools, mail merge, choose label, document etc, then link dengan sourcenya di excel tadi.  Then insert field dari excel tadi ke ms word...... preview and complete.

Cmni caranya :

1) Bkak fail word yg ko nak wat mail merge tu
2) Amik symbol petak 'open data sources'
3) pilih data excel yang nak refer
4) Highligt pada maklumat yang nak ditukar..contohnya nama..
5) amik simbol insert merge fields..
6) Dah siap, amik Tools > Letter and mailing > mail merge
7) Nati, tepi tu akan kuar step 3 0f 3 sebelah kanan
8) Tekan next > next je..
