Public Holiday pada 02 Jan 2007 - Wajib?

Aku nak tanya pasal Hari Raya Korban & Tahun Baru yang jatuh pada Ahad, 31.12.2006 dan Isnin , 01.01.2007.
Mengikut pemahaman aku , 02.01.2007 , Selasa adalah wajib utk syarikat bagi cuti sebab sebagai replacement Hari Raya korban yg jatuh pada hari Ahad?
So kalau kompeni aku tak bagi cuti pada 02.01.2007 adakah ianya satu  kesalahan? Kompeni kat Negeri Sembilan.
Kat sapa aku boleh confirm benda ni?

1. isu employment nie, kene tgk same ade ko tmasuk under employment Act or based on contract..
2. definition employee under employment act: generally one who earn below rm1.5K ( adela laen2 lagi yg tmasuk dlm kategori employee even earn more than 1.5K)...so ko kene citer camne jenis keje ko...
3. kalu ko x tmasuk bwh definition employee under employment act, kene tgk contract ko mcm mane...ade x term psl keje during public holiday mcm mane gaji ko...
4. katekan ko earn more than 1.5K, senang citer x tmasuk under employment act, kalu ade term tu dlm kontrak ko kene follow term tu la,  tp kalu dlm kontrak ko xde term psl keje during public holiday, kalu mcm nie kene refer to common law (uk law psl employment la..yg nie kene wat research la)

tp advice haku, kalu ko mmg earn more than 1.5K per month, ade contract tp dlm contract xde citer psl kene keje time public holiday or kalu keje co kene baya dabel/triple ke, keje jela....kan ko keje carik mkn kt situ, xkn nk wat taik psl kene keje public hodiday tp xde dabel/triple...

laen la kalu ko earn below 1.5k, yg nie kene tgk under employment act...sbb tu kalu korg prasan "salunyer" yg dpt dabel/triple keje public holiday nie ialah yg keje kilang...:lebai:

Issu disini ialah bolehke "kilang" aku mengarahkan  semua org bekerja  macam hari2 biasa pada 02.01.2007 ni tanpa pedulikan pasal public holiday rules  and regualtions kat Malaysia ni. Tak bagi cuti lah tu.

haa, kalu ko nk tanye psl buleh ke x "kilang" ko soh employee dier keje time public holiday, jawapan dier buleh je...ko dah lupe ke time raye aritu kan ke gomen soh private trus cuti la 23hb (yg sehari x cuti tu la ) tu...alang2 je..tp baper ramai co yg ikut bg cuti?...

tp kalu ko nk citer psl ko x puas ati dier baya rate normal je, haaa jawapan dier complex mcm atas tu laaa...
