runtime error (SOLVED)

Hi,
nak minta tolong kalu ade sape2 tau cara untuk hilang pop-up error.Setiap kali ariean close ms word, error mesej seperti kat bwh akan keluar:
lepas tekan ok, ms word akan restart and dia akan buka new document word yg baru (means blank pages).
So, rase leceh bile setiap kali bukak ms word.
Ariean dah try uninstall, clean files n install balik. tapi still keluar jgak error tu.
Sape2 otai2 kat sini yg boleh tlg?

emm kalau benda2 gini aku suspek
1. perlu update apps (update windows atau update ms office)
2. perlu reinstall ms office |

dah sentiasa update..n dh reinstall 2 kali dah..tp still jadi gak.. |

dah update..2005, 2008 n 2010..
x86 n x64 sbb my os 64bit...tp keluar jugak error mesej... |

cuba wat trouble shooting ikut artikel microsoft nih...

In the meantime I suggest you find the file
normal.dot
And rename it normal.bak
Then reopen Word and see if the problem still occurs. If it does you probably need to do a repair or reinstall of the parent program Microsoft Works.
edit >> I've seen a couple of resolutions for this that involved going to Add/Remove Programs and removing "Microsoft Works Suite Add-in for Microsoft Word".
mebi leh cuba gak apa yg dsarankan cam kat atas..
all that 3 links ada mention benda sama... Add-ins.. mungkin masalah dtg dr add-in utk ms word..
kalau masalah dr C++, once dah update shud b ok.. |

akhirnye..tau gak ape problemnye..thanks..mslh dtg dr add-ins. bile ariean unclick add-ins utk endnote, baru mesej tu tak keluar.
tp application tu ariean perlu gune utk writing. ariean dah try uninstall n install balik application endnote..
tp error tu akan ade balik. so, is it means that i cannot use that application?
knp tetiba die x compatible dgn word? sbb sebelum ni ariean dah pernah gune application tu dgn word, ok je..
tp kat komputer lain la..huhu... |

mmm.. x penah pakai la plak endnote.. mebi leh cuba check compatibility..
compatibility endnote version ngan word version..
install any updates kalo ada.. |

hehe..sori silap phm..yup..puncanye sebab 1 add-ins yang tak compatible ade dlm ms word. so, utk x bg dpt msj tu lg just unclick add-ins utk application endnote... |

alien ade version lame ke? ariean cari jugak yang lame, tp jumpe yang trial je.
yg full version ariean ade yg baru je, endnote x3 and x4. |

ni ada jumpa kat tenet. tapi xsure full version atau tak. patut xleh letak link download kat sini. 
nnti da download, habaq na. nak delete link ni balik.
