semalam aku beli supplement utk vitamin E jenama Nathopherol 400 I.U pil warna hijau. aku beli pun sebab org kata leh cure jerawat ni.so belila...tp tak taule testimoni dr org lain..betol ke?lagi satu banyak jenis I.U die ada 250 I.U lah..warna lain-lain...tp yg gerunnye kalo makan lelebih dada leh kembang..opssss...takutla..any comment plz?

hi. forget what brand it is.
Go looking the higher I.U (international Unit) and secondly , looking for the cheapest one.
Go to pharmacy and buy loose vit. E. if you can  just about 10cents to 25 cents  per capsules.

Try looking for other  natural sources of vit. E.  ie. wheat germ oil, flaxseed oil,canola oil and sunflower oil..it goods for your heart too.

saya pon pernah dengar orang makan nathaperol ni untuk jerawt dan ianya berkesan..
tp tak pernah cuba sendiri

wow really?scar susah nak ilang..kalo betol okla..skang ni nak ilang scar saya sapu Menderma..tp gatal pakai this cream and muka nampak mcm mengelupas..bukan kulit yg mengelupas tp cream tu yg x menyerap so die tergumpal

natopherol tuk scar, or winkle kulit.. kalau tuk jerawat not sure sb jenis2 gini lagi buat kulit berminyak, n jerawat senang naik

Natopherol is used mainly for Vitamin E deficiency. It is also helpful in reducing the scar size and maintain elasticity & premature skin aging. It is not indicated for acne. This is the problem when Pharmacist acting like a Doctor.

For Oral treatment in Acne, u should take Tablet Tetracycline. U'll need doctor prescription for this.(or u can directly can get it from doctor's office. Most GP keep it at their premises.)

If we taking cap.tetra 250mg bd for how long?? month? years? Just to know

It depends on your trreatment goal. Usually after 2 weeks on tetra, u shall, see the doc back, then we make the decision on what to do next.

i dah pnah telan mende alah nih..
good for scar actually...but for pimples..i don't think so laah..
pas abis 1 botol,i x continue dah coz dia wat muka i beminyak lah..then kuar pimples boing boing....

sy mmg gunakan natopherol ni tp bukan yg telan
sy guna yg lam kapsul (sapu)
pakai yg kaler hijau utk hilangkan jerawat

pd pendapat sy kalo nak nampak berkesan kena pakai lama kalo
takat kejap2 jer x nampak hasil nya

I pun dah 3bulan stgh makan Natopherol Vit E vegicap yg dlm kapsul hijau tu..Makan ari2, jgn lompong2..then mmg dah bleh nmpk kesannya. Skin jd makin halus & gebu gitu, xkyh nk scrub bagai sgt klu time mandi tu..Yg lg best, my hubby ada tny lg lastweek apsal breast u nmpk makin " penuh " skng, mkn ubat aper..hee...xsangka plak

Vit E, Vit A, beta carotene jangan ambik berlebihan....ada study menunjukkan boleh menyebabkan cepat mati.
