Bertemu kembali dlm rancangan Bumi Hijau.

Ni gamba cendawan paling popular kat sini " King Of D Mushrooms "

namanya Kantarelli , warnanya kuning emas .

dibuat sos dan dimakan dgn ayam panggang, daging. x sesuai dimakan dgn ikan.

cara masak sos cendawan :

*bawang potong dadu di goreng dgn butter hingga naik bau,warna  kuning2
( sedikit je gn butter )

* then masukkan cendawan yg dh potong kecil2, goreng kejap je sampe nampak layu

* then taruk sikit tepung gandum dlm 2 sudu besar,gaul2kan kejap

* taruk dlm secawan air, rebus sikit, taruk garam,black pepper,white pepper

* akhir skali taruk cream masakan,kacau2 2 minit, siapp......

sedapnya tgk mushroom soup ni...kat opis kita hr tu ade buat kursus utk tanam cendawan...tp kita x le pegi...kat cni tgh busy dgn org tanam cendawan tiram tu...pastu ade gak yg jual cendawan tu, sepeket besar rm5...pastu klu nk beli benih cendawan tu(yg siap diletak dlm polybag tu rm1.50-tp kena beli bnyk2 la). ingat nk beli jugak, konon2 nk buat biz cendawan..rupa2nya angan2ku ni umpama kulat je ...bermusim...tp angan2 hampeh, xbuat pon

Cendawan kukur, dijual di pasar Pasir Mas. Ingat nak beli, tapi mertua ku kata bau mcm dah lama. Pulak tu mahal, RM2 semangkuk. Ikut jelah w/pun teringin nak makan sbb dah lama tak makan.

cendawan kukur cili api



Bahan-bahannya:

    * 2 cwn cendawan kukur
    * sebiji kelapa-diambil santan( nak pekat ya!)
    * segenggam cili padi
    * 1 inci kunyit hidup
    * sedikit ikan bilis
    * pucuk ubi @ terung telunjuk
    * garam secukp rasa
    * 2 keping asam gelugur

Cara-caranya:

   1. Cuci cendawan dan rendam ngan air yg bercampur garam seketika.
   2. Tumbuk cli padi ngan kunyit hingga lumat.
   3. Perah kelapa dan amik semangkuk santan je...jgn cair sangat...tak best.
   4. Masukkan cendawan yg telah ditoskan bersama bhn tumbuk ke dlm kuali @ periuk...masukkan santan.
   5. Masak diatas api yg perlahan..dan kacau.
   6. jgn lupa masukan asam keping, garam & ikan bilis.
   7. apabila dah mendidih masukkan pucuk ubi.kacau seketika dan bolehlah dipadamkan api.
