Hrithik's current look is for Bhansali's Guzaarish
Hrithik Roshan appeared recently at an event in a completely different avatar. The actor has grown long hair and beard for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Guzaarish. He plays a paraplegic in the movie and acquires to have this particular look.
A source reveals, "Hrithik underwent training and met various paraplegic patients to get into the skin of his character. The actor is on the wheelchair for a major portion of the movie. He used to practice around in his house on the wheel chair and also had read and gone through booklets and guides which gave him information about the physical behavior of such patients."
Hrithik has grown his hair really long and also has his beard grown. While making public appearances he normally gels up his facial fuzz but has the long hair look.
"Neither Hrithik nor his director wanted to make use of any artificial hair. They wanted to have a natural look and one will see Hrithik with this look till the shooting is on for the movie," adds the source. |

Rani's Sardar look angers Sikhs
n Rani Mukherjee comeback movie, Rani is playing a role of a Punjabi girl who transforms into a Sikh guy to make his way into the men's cricket team.
However the turban that Rani is sporting in the movie along with a beard has collected flak from the Sikh community.
According to some members of Sikh community, Rani plays the role of a grown up man wearing a turban that a young child wears in a Sikh community. The community members are saddened because producer Yash Raj being a Sikh himself did not give much importance to the potrayel of a Sikh in his movie.
The community members will now be demanding a special screening of Dil Bole Hadippa, to check out the sensitivity of the issue.
Recent flick Love Aaj Kal also faced the flak of Sikh community, for showing Saif wooing his lady love in a Gurudwara. |

Buzz has it that Aditya Chopra may direct Dhoom 3; ropes in Shah Rukh Khan and Hrithik Roshan

Reclusive director Aditya Chopra, who is perfectly content to oversee and remote control the YRF empire while leaving the actual direction of the films to someone else, is now excited at the possibility of Dhoom 3, especially if his wish list of actors is satisfied.
Reportedly Shah Rukh Khan , who can never say no to Adi, has consented to be part of the film. An equally important role has been offered to Hrithik Roshan. Hrithik who is fastidious to a fault sometimes, is supposed to be mulling over the offer, even as he stays busy with his home production Kites and his new film with Sanjay Leela Bhansali, Guzaarish.
Abhishek Bachchan will of course reprise the Jay Dixit of the earlier two films and Uday Chopra will continue to play the lovable Ali who woos all the pretty girls.
But the icing on the very crowded cake will be that Aditya Chopra will direct the film. But, and this is a big but, only if all the said actors are in place.
But then, has anyone been known to refuse Adi? We think not |
