Mmh betul apa yg dijangka... Pagi ni naik = 55.3Kg lak.. huhu

ku timbang gak pagi ni. masih maintain berat semalam.

tapi pagi ni lapar pulak rasanya. terus makan buah n 2 keping wholewheat bread+peanut butter... also low fat milk. ni terasa nak makan lagi..

cam kureng kenyang pulak.. aduhh..

turunkan berat ni macam belajar ilmu agama pulak... kalau lama tak baca kisah weight loss atau berita kesihatan mesti semangat nak kontrol makan dan bersenam tu turut pudar....

sila kaji balik apa y tak kena....

sila tukar senaman..badan kita jika selama 3 bulan kita asyik senaman y sama, akan cpt adapt..so berat susah nak turun...

salam semua...

updated berat pagi tadi---> 50.8kg

turun sikit jadilah...janji tak naik semula...

apapun punya rasa syok sebab berat dah turun semula...tadi tukar gas baru kat rumah(gas abis)...punya semangat nak bagi pecah lemak siap angkat tong gas yang baru ditukar tu sendiri ko....wakaka

56.5kg... xturun xnaik. sib baik xnaik je.. mggu ni igt dh kurang sibuk, tp xde mknanya. blk keje, makan nasik dgn jayanya =(

Tips for today!!

Salah satu syarat saya letak pada coachee2 saya yg mula nak diet ialah CUT PEMAKANAN MANIS. Siap ada yg mengadu, ala tak boleh langsung ke makan kuih, kek, coklat? Boleh tu boleh, tapi bersedialah nak 'bayar' harganya. Makan cupcake sebiji, kena berjalan 25min utk bakar kalori cupcake tu.
