1) Job Title : Procurement Process Consultant
Description : • Consultant to other buyers. Handles escalations for complex issues and resolves critical problems encountered while processing POs.
• Liaison with Service provider for maintenance of the catalog tool, trouble shoots complex technical issues, analyses issues and provides recommendation for resolution.
• Designs and implements customer feedback survey and other measures for increasing customer satisfaction.
• Conducts specific procurement process trainings for requestors and end users
• Identify and leads systematic and manual global process improvements
• Participates in six sigma project and sometimes does small green belt projects
• Develops, designs and implements new metrics and reports for process analysis and future recommendation
• Purchasing contract clauses review for Contract renewals vide PO
• Works as a SoX Program Coordinator for OPPS process
• Supports the SoX Process Owner for OPPS SoX program

Qualifications :
• Requires Graduation or higher education or specialized training/certification
• Requires a minimum of 2 years directly related experience, with typically 3 to 5 years overall experience
• MUST: Strong communication skills in Japanese - written and oral
• Microsoft office competency
• Oracle iProcurement
• Data management and tracking skills
• General financial/taxation knowledge
