nak update juga.. target next month : 60 kg ..huhu
caranya: tak makan nasi.. kalo nak makan .. pas 4-5 hari tu pun sejemput.. hehehe.. makan sayur banyak..
masa berbuka?.. makan kurma dan terus minum air segelas beso..hahah so tak mo makan dah yg lelain tuh.
sahur? .. minum susu segelas dgn 3 biji kurma ...

Tips: Kurangkan 3 jenis makanan ini ketika berbuka atau bersahur:
1) Karbohidrat ringkas (berkanji, manis)
2) Bergoreng
3) Tinggi garam
Karbo ringkas akan mengganggu tahap gula dan menyebabkan selera tak terkawal. Makanan bergoreng akan membuat perut memulas. Makanan bersodium pula akan menyebabkan badan terhidrat dan badan kurang air.

eh sama la,apsal susah nk mbuang bln pose ni.hr biasa,pas bfast je buang.muncit dh ni.
tp kadang ada ms nye kalo susah sgt mkn jamu nonaroguy stok bslin dulu br lancar.angin byk dlm bdn gak ni
